“Some honest comments and praises”
We stay 4 nights at the hotel. Rooms were small but clean. Honestly everything is pretty much good except we lost one of the baggages after the housekeeping was completed. And the housekeeping was only done after 3 reminders over calls and at desk. Fortunately *** the front desk supervisor was really helpful and efficient after I approach him at the desk for the housekeeping to be done. Back to the baggage which was lost after the housekeeping. My wife was really really really panic. As the inside containes all the newly purchased jewelries and brand hangs. Thank you to *** and *** who responded immediately and we manage to find it at the concierge . There seems to be a system and communication internally Hyatt. Someone instructed to pick up a baggage but went to the wrong room which was ours and pick up the one which contains all the valuables in it and left it at the concierge. Luckily Tks to *** and *** for the quick response and swift actions. We manage to locate it soon at the concierge. If not the lost might be lots at contain more than 50k euros valuables inside. I really extend my gratitude to them *** and ***. Do take a notice on them and they deserve a praise and raise. Not to forget *** which *** handover and told him to follow up with me the next day before checkout. Thank you and godspeed
