Carpets need cleaning. Stains are very visible.

Excellent customer service, 5 minutes to train station, good views and quiet
I would rate the hotel about 3.8 stars rather than 5. Excellent staff, willing to do anything to help. Rooms were generally clean, but carpet seemed to be vacuumed only every 3 days or so. Rooms need to be refurbished as 3 out of 4 rooms (we had 3 rooms, but needed to change one room because of constant food smell) were "tired". Silicon around the bathroom was peeling off, taps were moving, carpets dirty. Don't get me wrong, I would 90% recommend staying at this hotel and use this hotel again. Just don't think it will be "perfect" 5 star.

Far location, bad staff service, expensive food
Bad experience. The staff just like machine, they just follow "their company rules", no human touch, they will not think how to solve your problem and yout needs, but they will tell you that is "their company's rules". Very far different from Hyatt hotels in other country, will not stay here anymore
