Fabulous stay”
Stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The spacious rooms were very clean and nicely furnished, staff friendly and super helpful and you cannot beat the location. We walked to everything and with only a 3 min walk from the hop-on hop-off bus stop it was perfect for us. Will stay again!

Good location ”
This hotel is located right at burrad street where you will have(burrad station) right beside . Walking to Vancouver city station was 3 blocks away. Everything is good except for housekeeping .cleaning was suppose to be everyday as hotel staff mention unless do no disturb door sign is hang at door. But it seems we need to call them for cleaning then they will come.apart from that all is ok.

Very nice hotel ! Will definitely use it again.”
The Hyatt is definitely a hotel to bookmark as one of my all time faves. Located in the center of downtown Vancouver, seemed to very well placed strategically for alot of the prime tourist hot spots, making walking or using Uber/Lyft a synch. Lots of options for food and shopping. Nice touch to have the Starbucks located downstairs for a coffee pick me up and having the McDonalds/Tim Hortons right outside the door provide a few quick options as well. The room was very nice, loved the decor and ambience. Definitely will use this hotel again. 5 stars for me.

A great family trip with older children. ”
We went as a family to drop off our older child to university in Vancouver. Hyatt Regency's location was fantastic. Did not need to rent a car even once, as all transits were right next door. Perfect location for numerous activities (restaurants, shopping, bank stuff, eat). All in walking distance. Being in downtown, a very central location, made it easier to visit Stanley Park, Granville Island, North and West Vancouver, as well as some far away excursions such as Whistler and Capilano Suspension Bridge. The hotel staff was very accommodative, kind and pleasant. My only reservation is the very steep room-rate pricing. We might not have stayed here had we found rooms in other hotels, as their pricing was much better and doable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My friends and I stayed for 4 nights! Super close to everything and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms also provide TVs that have a chromecast so you can easily access your streaming platforms. Very good view also!

Prime location, best spot for staycation”
Hotel is right next to Burrard Stn as well as convenient bus stops, though you can walk to most areas like Robson and Gastown easily. The room we stayed at was very clean and spacious. There is parking but it's kind of pricy, but typical of downtown, but you can get a cheaper rate when paying on Sunday through the app. We only stayed for one night as a 'staycation' but I could see it being a nice hotel for tourists as it's close to shopping and transit and easy to access all parts of downtown by foot.

I do not remember her name but she looked like senior staff who had long blond hair. She was super nice and helpful. She made our day. I would like to say thank to her.

Good location as in downtown & next door from Burrard station) and eateries just around the corner.”
Didn't like the pillows as it was lumpy and overuse. However, the foods were delicious with good pricing. Also the staff were very helpful and professional, and not too mention, the hotel is located in the middle of downtown and next to skytrain station and bus stops in front of hotel.

For a 4-star hotel, it was quite disappointing ”
We found a hair on our bed and called the guest service. The manager told us he will get the bedding re-done immediately. We left the room for 6 hours to give space for the cleaners and when we returned, it was not done and was already 1 am. I had to call again to get the room situation sorted. The manager gave us a breakfast voucher for that morning which was useless for us. He told us we could use it for next day, while the voucher had the expiry date as that morning. We didn't want to make a scene at the breakfast bistro explaining how we were told we could use the expired voucher, so we ended up not using it. Also, the manager verbally offered to provide Starbucks coffee credit, but we haven't seen it come through. Overall situation was handled pretty poorly and left us disappointed. For a 4-star hotel, it was a very shocking experience.

Excellent Location & Hotel Facilities”
As a family of 4 including 2 kids, we stayed in the Hyatt Regency Vancouver for 4 nights. Great hotel facilities and extremely convenient location with easy access to the Royal Center (with Staples (business/stationery store), supermarket, food court, fast food stores, Starbucks etc.) as well as other shops/cafe/restaurants within walking distance. Friendly, polite and helpful staff towards our requests / questions. We stayed on high floor with beautiful city view. Truly lovely to see sunset from the huge window everyday. We parked our rented car at the hotel using day pass - very convenient and more economical than looking for metered parking in downtown. The Burrard skytrain station and bus stops are located across the street so if you are not driving but relying on public transport, this hotel is also well-located.

Refurbished, Spacious Rooms”
We took Snowbus from Whistler to Vancouver, which stopped at the hotel. Very central location, with Burrard Skytrain Station right in front as well. Close to Robson Street, Pacific Centre, Hudson Bay, etc. Stayed in several hotels in Vancouver before, and can confidently say that the Hyatt is in an unbeatable location. We had connecting rooms at 1211 and 1212. One of the rooms was a corner room which was very spacious. The rooms were modern and nicely refurbished. If there're good promotional rates again, we'll certainly return.

Luxury”
Exactly what you'd expect from a hotel carrying the Hyatt name. Well appointed hotel with very comfortable rooms. Great service from all members of staff. Sitting right in the heart of down town Vancouver, close enough to walk to everything Vancouver has to offer. Admittedly this hotel is not within everyones budget, but if you can squeeze it in you won't be disappointed.

The excellent stay with great location”
I have business meeting (IATA Fuel Forum) in Hyatt Vancouver therefor I stay in Hyatt to easier and avoid rainy day during this week in it. I book Club Room, that beyond my expectation. The room was clean, relatively spacious and have a working desk for me. The staff from reception, bell boy and specially Ms. Ivy in Club Lounge (29th floor) has been helpful and friendly. The location itself is in walking distance for several down town sight seeing and very near station and also tour buses.
