WiFi and Netflix Not Functioning ”

Had a problem with WiFi connection, so unable to watch Netflix, try to call and WhatsApp the number given. Very poor response on the phone, took time to pick up. WhatsApp only reply the next day. Ask me to left the key to the reception, so that they can have a look on the WiFi problem, but I already left the house. Ask them to come back when I arrived the house, but they said only can come on the next day (during my check out day??). In summary, very poor response from the team in handling the issue / problem. Not recommended at all.

Rumah dia cantik dan bersih la jugak, i dapat tingkat 20. View dia kurang la sebab nampak bangunan je (nama pun cyber kan). Towel memang ada, tapi better bawa toiletries sendiri. Dapur semua ada pinggan mangkuk etc tapi tak nampak kuali sudu garpu atau senduk nak masak ke. Ada microwave,water filter, dapur electric (tapi tak tahu guna) dan washer. Rumah memang sesuai duduk berdua atau 3 je. Ouh kunci kena amik kat kedai serbaneka nanti dia bagi location. Naik lif kena guna access card. So far okey memuaskan.
