Unprofessional payment policy”

They don’t allow me to prepay one day ahead when I went to the property as my business schedule is unpredictable. The reason I wanted to prepay because I was told they only can keep the rom till 8 pm and I don’t want to lose the room in case I m late . Very unprofessional.

everything was great except for 2 things, the aircon had a bit of a stale smell and the bath water was lukewarm so we couldnt actually take a bath since the water wasn't hot enough.

空間很大，晚上睡覺也沒有聽到什麼噪音。入住的房型沒有含車位，但是能隨意停的地方還是都有空位的，也離房間不會太遠。可惜的是早餐的選擇較少，不過總體而言還是挺不錯的～

奇怪的氣味和浴巾擺放位置”

房間一直有一個怪怪的氣味，有點像煙味，又有點像香水味，後來發現可能是電蚊香的味道，我們沒有把它拔掉，因為真的很怕被蚊咬。谷巾放在離浴室有點遠的地方，你可以說很近，因為就在浴室門外旁邊，但是浴室裡要走過一個小小小花園才能洗澡上廁所。 早餐滿豐富，早/西式都有。

服務感低, 房內設施舊, 電源是舊式而且少, 床邊有一台很怪的類似按摩椅專給情侶造愛用的, 所以感覺比較舊式的情色汽車旅館。早餐供應少。 不過地點近桃園, 大豹15-20分鐘, 附近有大型的家樂福商店, 浴室是旅館的優點。

唉，與期望有落差。”

1. 停車停在室外1樓，還要拖行李走一段路，走到櫃台旁邊搭電梯上3樓，請問motel不是應該車庫在下面，房間在樓上的獨立空間嗎？若是那樣停外面式的房型，怎入住訊息及訂房時介紹沒先講？2.住宿居然沒有衣櫥，這樣入住2人的衣服沒地方掛都皺了，衣櫥不是應該是基本配備嗎？就算沒有衣櫥，連個掛衣服的衣架及鉤子也沒。3.餐廳在2樓，住3樓，早上都聽到2樓說話的聲音以及摔放碗盤的聲音，隔音設備太差勁。4.淋浴地方再後面走才是馬桶，而且淋浴時都會整個噴出來，若是晚上還要上廁所，每次經過都會踩到溼答答的地板，不是很煩嗎？應該淋浴間要在最裡面吧！這種空間設計很沒大腦。。本來以為住I Do會讓我驚艷，結果以上4點讓我很失望。至於其餘方面尚可。
