        Worst hotel I ever stayed in”

        I am a person who never write any review, but this hotel was so bad and dirty allover the hotel. Location is good but a poor maintenance and no cleaniness. I stayed in so many hotels but this was the worst and dirty hotel I ever stayed in my life. I would never recommend this to anyone and my advise if someone trying to book this hotel that never book it and if still somehow you want to go with this hotel, then I would recommend to go to hotel before booking and see from your own eyes, you will run away from this hotel. There were big cockroaches in room and outside also in the passage................................................Run away from this hotel

        Don't Believe The Low Price, It's A Scam”

        It is not cheap because when you check in there will be tons of hidden charges. Hotel staff is rude and stupid, check-in process is slow. Room is very awful and dirty and facilities are all broken. I had to cut short my stay after the first night.

        Horrible ”

        Hotel was horrific was not clean, rooms were horrible and never cleaned by staff, staff werent helpful and didnt know what you were talking about. dead mouse in hall way, ceiling and walls leaking. horrible smell around the hotel. Were always ques of unhappy unsatisfied guests at reception. would not advise stay.

        That place should be closed down. It was my worst hotel experience. There is mold ,peeling paint.”

        The only pro is the location. First off.. the overnight manager/front desk attendant was awful. The place smelled, there was mold and roches. The room keys were not functional, someone had to come and let me in my room every time. Carpets were heavily stained. No hallway light outside the room...there was broken furniture. NO HOT WATER..the place seemed to be a homeless shelter

        not terrible ”

        pros the location was nice, about 5mins by car to universal studios less than a $7 cab,lift or uber ride. i saw no bugs, but based on the reviews i believe what people saw were water bugs not roaches, they looked the similar and are very common in the south like ants. the staff were very nice and accommodating. cons building needs lots of work, roof leaking while it rained. hence the presence of water bugs. breakfast was a joke, toast, cereal , apple juice , coffee, 1 tea bag, no jelly, no butter, and milk. not even a trace of fruit. it wouldn't even be counted as a continental breakfast. they charge for everything, early check in, late check out, and the shuttle is also a joke, just has a few drop off times but 1 pick up time way too early

        Where do I start? It's a super old hotel, with no elevator (hard if you have heavy bags), carpets are old smelling, breakfast (or the lack of it) sucks, location is sooooo far from the outlet, the only saving grace is the staff. They're kind but are not so good with english (except the front desk). Our rooms are so far from the lobby. Honestly, we dread going back to this hotel after our day. Never going back.

        Horrible”

        It was horrible, I arrived around 8:30pm and I was waiting for check in until almost midnight,....And finally I got the room but with the wrong key(I changed the key 4 times!) Staff on the front desk is very confused and have no working experience They will charge you for additional fees and taxes Breakfast is only tost and bananas with always empty coffee container on the side I will never come buck

        Need more money”

        I went to check in after paying on line and they asked for more money! Not explaining it was for some kind of a deposit. After a 20 minute argument I paid it. Tried to call Agoda at 2:30 am with no answer. Then on my exit I tried to check out they couldn't because of some credit card that I didn't use they couldn't check me out. After a Call to AGODA they assured me that it was paid. 1 Hour later I left without a solution to the issue. The girls behind the counter could not get a hold of management to find out what to do!

        very disappointing”

        WE HAD A PAID RESERVATION, BUT STILL HAD TO WAIT IN LINE OVER 1 HOUR TO CHECK IN. SAME CHECKING OUT!! FRONT DESK SEEMS TO HAVE COMBINATION OF MANUAL SYSTEM AND OLD ANTIQUATED COMPUTER. VERY DISORGANIZED...AND OUT OF 4 FRONT DESK PERSONNEL, IT APPEARED ONLY 1 SPOKE PASSABLE ENGLISH.

        3 hours to check in, 1 hour to check out. ”

        The checking in and out process was handled very poorly. When we arrived the check-in line was 25 people long and took more than 3 hours, not what you want after 24hours of traveling. Apart from this inconvenience the room was damp and smelly, headboard off the wall, shower broken, air conditioning unit louder than an aeroplane engine and the whole place was generally quite dirty. Unless you really have to, don't stay here!!

        Acceptable”

        (1)It was the worst experience I have ever had. I had to wait 3 1/2 hours to get a room behind 50 or 60 people in line....(2) once i got my reservation...The buildings were not lit, THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR...(I am handicapped) The lights did not work in room. It smelled horrible; to the point of nausea. ANd to top it off I lost over 100.00 dollars...because we left and could not get our money back......WHich I understand that there was no refunds. BUt there was no way I was staying there,,,,,Please take this off your hotel site; or you will lose money as well......

        The worst experience in my life”

        I had to wait in a long line for 2 hours just to check in and waited for hour and half to check out. The staff are the worst ever, very slow processing and no respect for customers. My advice, don't ever think to book a room there, it's better to sleep in a street rather than this motel ..

        I had to send in line for a hour just to check in there was only two people working the front desk and then once I got checked in I get to my room the door was hard to close I had t lift the door just to close it and the tub water drained out very slow...

        Horrible place to stay”

        This was the most horrible booking I have ever done Honestly I don't know how this hotel is still open. The service is really bad you have to wait 2 hours for them to give you your room. It is ridiculous. The worst place to stay I dont recommend it at all to anyone.

        Hotel review”

        Check-in took 3 hours because only one receptionist was available and too many guests were checking in at the same time. When I finally got my room key and went to the room, I've discovered my room hasn't been clean at all and the door lock didn't work. If you push gently push the door it gladly opens without the room key(!). First I thought, I made a mistake and entered someone's room but then I realized it wasn't clean. I went back to the receptionist and she gave me another room. My big concern was management of this hotel: they've had only one receptionist at check in but no one has helped her for hours. I feel bad for her because she was doing a great job calming people down and keep apologizing for inconvenience working without breaks herself for hours. The manager was on the back room with several other employees who were going back and forth and no one helped her, including manager. That was shame! Solution: manager needs to do their job and handle the situations like this professionally not hiding behind in their office! The receptionist, who served so many people on February 20, 2017 all afternoon - deserves to be a manager, she knows how to work hard, handle the difficult situation and keep guests calm. I give Bravo to her!

        Bed bugs! ”

        We were evacuated during the hurricane and were desperate for a pet friendly place. Everywhere else was super expensive. Hotel was full of dogs. I came prepared with ant and roach spray and lysol wipes! We were allowed to check in early for an extra $25 - that was fine - just wanted a room. The hotel is is needing to have a revamp. When we went to our room, the sink was full of dirty water and the plug would not come up. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The sheets seemed clean. I saw maintenance in the corridor as they were changing light bulbs. They came immediately and fixed the sink by removing the plug. The sink leaked slightly the rest of our stay. The bath has pint peeling. The window did not close properly. No ac in the corridor and and when it rained - before the hurricane - the ground floor corridor flooded. The hotel smells bad. We had no towels but when I asked the house keeping they let me have some. My son on the 3rd day came up in a rash, it was bed bugs!!! When we came back after Disney fireworks there were loads of police cars out the front. Very unnerving when travelling alone with 2 children.

        Awful”

        I would not rcommend this motel to anyone. There was water pouring into the lobby from a hole in the ceiling. I waited 3 hours to check in with a paid reservation. There were puddles of water in the hallways. A resort fee was charged for absolutely nothing. Breakfast was a joke with one broken toaster to service 400 people. The room appeared clean until you looked under the bed and furniture. The animal fee was higher than stated on the internet. The drain pipe in the bathroom of my 100 year old Aunt's room was broken and she had to traverse a slippery bathroom floor. But we did have a roof and a bed even though it cost a fortune.
