not terrible ”
pros the location was nice, about 5mins by car to universal studios less than a $7 cab, lift or uber ride. i saw no bugs, but based on the reviews i believe what people saw were water bugs not roaches, they looked the similar and are very common in the south like ants. the staff were very nice and accommodating. cons building needs lots of work, roof leaking while it rained. hence the presence of water bugs. breakfast was a joke, toast, cereal , apple juice , coffee, 1 tea bag, no jelly, no butter, and milk. not even a trace of fruit. it wouldn't even be counted as a continental breakfast. they charge for everything, early check in, late check out, and the shuttle is also a joke, just has a few drop off times but 1 pick up time way too early

Hotel review”
Check-in took 3 hours because only one receptionist was available and too many guests were checking in at the same time. When I finally got my room key and went to the room, I've discovered my room hasn't been clean at all and the door lock didn't work. If you push gently push the door it gladly opens without the room key(!). First I thought, I made a mistake and entered someone's room but then I realized it wasn't clean. I went back to the receptionist and she gave me another room. My big concern was management of this hotel: they've had only one receptionist at check in but no one has helped her for hours. I feel bad for her because she was doing a great job calming people down and keep apologizing for inconvenience working without breaks herself for hours. The manager was on the back room with several other employees who were going back and forth and no one helped her, including manager. That was shame! Solution: manager needs to do their job and handle the situations like this professionally not hiding behind in their office! The receptionist, who served so many people on February 20, 2017 all afternoon - deserves to be a manager, she knows how to work hard, handle the difficult situation and keep guests calm. I give Bravo to her!

"Do Everything Yourself" type of place”
Whenever we needed ANYTHING from the front desk the receptionist rudely told us on the phone to come to the front desk to get everything ourselves; whether it be towels, cups, AND even a cot my friend needed (at 1 AM) they made him walk all the way to the front desk which was on the opposite side of the hotel and then he had to push the cot back to his room all by himself. I've never been to a hotel where they don't deliver items to your room for you. The next morning at 8:30 AM we needed towels to shower, so we called the front desk and asked for some. Again, we had to go get them ourselves, and when we got to the front desk the lady gives us a dirty face and says "room service hasn't been to your room yet?" in a condescending way as if my friend and I were stealing their towels or something. I said "no... we JUST woke up & would like to take a shower." Then we went to eat breakfast (which is only cereal and toast, unless you pay $5 for eggs) and when we FINALLY got to the front of the line there were no bowls for cereal, nothing to drink, no jelly or butter for the toast etc. After we stood in line for about 10 minutes. it was an unpleasant experience completely aside from the fact that it's a 10 minute walk to fun spot.

My stay at a reasonable budget inn.”
The hotel service is reasonable except one of the staff is unacceptable in the hotel industry. Overall I would recommend for the people who wants to sleep for the night and not mingle around in the hotel to use the facilities.

Great value but not great accomodations”
The room was comfortable and had a refrigerator, microwave, desk, hair dryer, etc. The beds were very comfortable and for a business trip, this was all I needed. The WIFI was occasionally unreliable, but over all an excellent value. This is an older facility with maintenance issues but I was looking for low expenses and great location and was very pleased. The free breakfast was too grain based, cereal and toast, for my tastes, but I did not stay there to eat.

Mixed feelings”
They did not have the king room I requested and reserved, so they gave me a suite and then woke me up and made me change rooms. I was not happy about the unprofessional way they handled the situation.

Woirst night of my life in a Hotel in Orlando, FL.”
We had booked the hotel for one night i.e. December 26, 2014 and were provided with 2 Queen bed at Room No. 756 which was two buildings away. Alas! we found our room. As soon as we opened the door, the fumes of the cheapst airfreshner made us suffocate. We could not lock the door as the latch was broken, even the security latch was broken... hence we pulled the chairs of the room to close the door. The comforters were in a real bad shape, the inside were torn, shreded and absolutely greyish... The overdoze of the airfreshner was on these comforters too... and I had a acute asthamatic attack.... T.V was outdated, but that did not bother. Next big issue was in the morning when we went to take the shower.... There was no pressure at all... the head of the showere would only trickle and the tap would drip.. the middle of your body may be dry cleaned.... We went to check out and did want to see the Manager but she was not there... we did get her number and I have been calling her from last two days but could not even leave a message as her Voice Mail Box is full... I then called the Reservation and was told that she always comes at 12'Noon... Imagine, a Manager showing up at 12'Noon when all the check-outs are registered and she does not have to even shrink her brows.....But I have made a point to call Manager-Lori Vaughan and upraise her with the issues that I faced... Besides, I came to realize that I was overcharged... The hotel normally charges $49 per night whereas we had to pay $79.37 for a night. We surely feel we have been cheated and do not understand as to how the grading of the hotel is done as they boost to be a 3-Star hotel....I have been a consultant and had always been travelling and staying in hotels but have never come across a hotel as worst as this was and boosting to be a 3-Star.... I would request the authority that provides the Star status to revisit and re-evaluate this hotel again....

worst hotel I stayed on”
They charge me $10 for "resort service"over the price they charged me on line when I checked in. Anice Inn and suite isn't a resort, is a very old building, my bedroom suppost to be pool or courtyard front but wasn't. All the furniture was old and chipping , mattresses with holes and dirty, the bathroom was dirty with plumbing problems, hair dryer broke... Doors were broke, I Reserved 2 queen beds room but I got 2 doble beds room. The woman in the front desk pretended not to understand Spanish to avoid answer the complains, but in the morning I asked to the day time receptionist if the other one at night speak Spanish and she said YES... I never had an experience like that before. They abuse of the turist customers ofering on line good room, price and service they don't have. That hotel is the worst!

Cockroaches buddies”
theres no denying it is a budget hotel. I chose it because it was the cheapest in the area and I wanted it for the shuttle busses/location. My first room had no shower head. I told reception and instead if apologizing and assisting with a new room, they wanted to discuss who was to blame. The second room I was given had a dead cockroach in the bathroom, and it didn't look like the floors etc had been washed lately. Went to get some ice a day later down the hall and there was a small infestation of cockroaches in the room. I ran away. Also, the shuttle buses don't give you many times to choose from/don't come back late at all.

Bed bugs! ”
We were evacuated during the hurricane and were desperate for a pet friendly place. Everywhere else was super expensive. Hotel was full of dogs. I came prepared with ant and roach spray and lysol wipes! We were allowed to check in early for an extra $25 - that was fine - just wanted a room. The hotel is is needing to have a revamp. When we went to our room, the sink was full of dirty water and the plug would not come up. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The sheets seemed clean. I saw maintenance in the corridor as they were changing light bulbs. They came immediately and fixed the sink by removing the plug. The sink leaked slightly the rest of our stay. The bath has pint peeling. The window did not close properly. No ac in the corridor and and when it rained - before the hurricane - the ground floor corridor flooded. The hotel smells bad. We had no towels but when I asked the house keeping they let me have some. My son on the 3rd day came up in a rash, it was bed bugs!!! When we came back after Disney fireworks there were loads of police cars out the front. Very unnerving when travelling alone with 2 children.

yikes”
Wow this hotel is truly a hole in the wall. Room is missing the number on the door. Someone took a crayon and wrote it on the wall. The bathroom was so nasty I didn't allow my 3 and 4 year old to bath in it. The bathroom door had some nasty brown stuff splashed across it. The alarm clock was from 1980. But at least it worked!

staff is nice but the hotel needs to be upgraded. ”
The first room didn't have a working door entry system, so the room was unlocked.a couple other things wrong with the room, so they gave us a new room. The new room was ok. The hotel itself just needs a major facelift. Nothing towards the staff, they were courteous and helpful. The hotel was inexpensive and we were only there to sleep so it worked out.

Definetly nowhere close to being a 3 star”
I reserved room online and prepaid and it still took almost an hour to check in with 2 people in front of me and 2 people checking in customers. There were numerous customers in front and in line waiting behind me complaining about not having room they reasrved or being given a room with someone else in it. The hotel is very run down. The rooms had a terrible mess to them. Although you could tell they were trying to renovate the rooms they still have a long ways to go. The toliet ran all day and night and by evening became clogged. There was no maintence onsite to fix it. After calling 3 times and going to front desk 15 hours later someone came to plung the toliet. The breakfast is is joke with juice coffee, dry cereal and toast in a very dirty cafe. The price was cheap but by the time you pay the hidden resort fee per person you might as well have spent the extra money to stay at next door. This hotel is definitely not a 3 star a 1 at best because there is nothing less. Don't be fooled people it's not worth the money!

Awful”
I would not rcommend this motel to anyone. There was water pouring into the lobby from a hole in the ceiling. I waited 3 hours to check in with a paid reservation. There were puddles of water in the hallways. A resort fee was charged for absolutely nothing. Breakfast was a joke with one broken toaster to service 400 people. The room appeared clean until you looked under the bed and furniture. The animal fee was higher than stated on the internet. The drain pipe in the bathroom of my 100 year old Aunt's room was broken and she had to traverse a slippery bathroom floor. But we did have a roof and a bed even though it cost a fortune.

Pls do not book on this Hotel ”
This hotel is not a 3 STAR, The ceiling has bubbles already because of the LEAK. Room smell. The furniture are very old. The hanging clothes area has dead cockroaches on top. The breakfast offer is terrible and we went 8:30. There is none left. Their is a resort fee, which,I think this is not a resort.

The worse place to stay ever”
It was horrible. The room was dirty it smelled of mold and pee. It had bugs flying, they had no light only a dim lamp. The room key always gives out so you would have to drive to the first building and wait about 30 mins to an hour for service. One night their was a long line and four people working. When the line got a little longer they all left at the same time to eat while everyone was watching. I will ever go back or suggest some one else to stay there. And another thing they charged me more when I got there said it was another room fee. It is horrible how they treat there guest never ever again
