Price cheap but bad cleanliness”
Price is kind of cheap and location is great. But the cleanliness is very bad. Got lots of dust underneath bed and bed sheet seems like didn't change. Also got things on my bed something like coming from the ceiling idk

Ok for a budget hotel”
Firstly the hotel located at end corner and is quite dark. I was worry something would happen to my car parked outside the hotel. Fortunately my car was safe in the next morning. The staff is nice and pickup calls. The room comes with Queen size bed as shown, an aircond, tv, 2 towels, hair & body shampoo, tumbler, cups (water dispenser at corridor). However they didn't provide toothbrush & toothpaste. Despite the room is Non-smoking, the toilet is full of cigarette smell. What sadden me was the aircond leak water, which causes the water drip on the floor and made sound. Can't sleep really well. Tried to ask to change room, but was told all rooms fully occupied.

Management need to services the main thing like aircond, the towel and the disturbing cockroches..The aircond was set by a timer and not completely cold..I will bring back my fmily to stay here but with 1 condition..Fix this problem 1st..tq

The checked in was fine. The problem with the room is the aircond not working, the plug point always not working and water heater not working too. I've been staying here few times but still find the facilities not functioning. Wifi need to be improve also. Other than that is fine....

The hotel is very bad in terms of upkeeeping. Very dirty, the bedsheets are not clean. Cockroach in the room. The stay was stressful. But they have really good staff

A lot of parking lot but quite dark. Towel need to replace as all are torn and too dirty vs floor mats towel much better. Never seen this condition of towel in my whole life. Lift and corridor dirty. No drinking water in the room.

We saw a cockroach when we first open the door, aircond take too long to cool even we already set the lowest temperature, lound sound of heater, one of the towel was torn..im speechless.

I checked out after 2 hours because even after 2 hours the room is still very hot. Air con cannot be adjusted. The water heater also cannot be adjusted.
