Great Hotel ”
This Hotel was superb in mostly every detail except for staff and pool After researching several hotels in makati, reading countless reviews we choose the I'm Hotel . We arrived early (11:00 am ) and they allowed us to check in early without charging us extra , the hotel is high tech and they showed us how to use the gadgets in the room like the T.V , offered us breakfast special pricing if we pre-paid which we did but somehow the front desk failed to put us down for the special promo breakfast deals and we really had to insist which made us upset before they finally agreed! Therefore staff rating is only 3 stars for they 1) Don't understand and pretend they do when in reality they don't leading to miscommunication, 1/2 the time our refrigerator didn't work and they kept sending someone to try to fix instead of just replacing it . The shower was awesome probly the best I've ever had in a hotel or anywhere for that matter. Wish had kids pool ,and play area .

My I'M hotel experience”
->Budget wise this hotel is cheaper than most of five star hotels in Makati and provide a better amenities and services -> the location is perfectly accessible to all important establishment such as embassy,malls, different variety of restaurants and also its not hard to find a money-changer which is the most important for a tourist visitor. -> cleanliness is not a problem they always clean the room and refill the consumable items in our room. For most hotel they only give 2 bottled water but I'am hotel always add 4 bottles a day and replace the towels and bathrobes -> the staffs will always smile and great to their guest and do the extra mile for their effort specially the guy who lend me a lighter when I need it badly to smoke. Since my lighter got confiscated at the airport. So its a big thumbs up for the staffs All and all I will highly recommend I'm hotel for their excellent customer service. I wish all hotels are same standard as this hotel.

A home away from home with great location”
My parents and I enjoyed our stay in I'M Hotel. Very spacious and with good amenities throughout. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, several 7-11's (which is fantastic) and just literally 2 minutes walk away from Century city mall. Muslim guests can also opt for halal food nearby: Al-Batra restaurant or Hossein's (slightly further but walkable distance). There's also a few vegetarian restaurants nearby. You can also opt to walk to the Power Plant Mall not too far from the hotel. Overall stay at I'M was very good: clean, spacious, good selection of breakfast food and you don't have to worry about airport transfers because you can book with the hotel for 2,200 PHP using a van. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Manila.

Rockstar Hotel + Perfect Location”
First timer at I'M Hotel. We stayed for 3 Days/2 Nights. Here's a rundown of what I (we) love about this hotel (besides the great customer service & location) 1. Breakfast Buffet: They have a good spread, they change/update their menu everyday, everything's great about the good + great customer service/staff too! 2. Pool & Gym Area: Highly recommend to use the pool and they have a good gym too! The gym was open till 12am, went there at 11pm and it was just us! They have free-weights and equipment was second to none! (LifeFitness). Oh yeah, going back to the pool area, it was just perfect! 3. Roof Deck: They have a bar at their RD, perfect for drinks and hanging out with friends, we enjoyed our stay, amazing view too (the bldg has 35 floors) - The RD Bar has 2 levels, you can either stay inside (with A/C) or outside and get a perfect view of the Makati/BGC Skyline.

This is my second time with I'M Hotel and i have seen some improvements from my stay look last year, late November 2017. I don't see guests in their bath robes anymore baving dinner in the restaurant. This was my suggestion to the Manager last year. I'm glad they took that into consideration. I enjoyed the Premium Suites. Very comfortable stay. I enjoyed the amenities especially the steam room. It says, welcome drink upon arrival - did not receive it. I was offered a juice after i spoke to the guest services after few days, i said, don't bother. I don't think staff don't quiet undrstand that the hotel is labeled as 5 star. There was no 5 star service. Service were pretty much like a 3 star hotel. I've been having breakfast everyday and staff do not recognize or remembers that im a guest who comes everyday. The host lady in the morning needs training as well as the restaurant staff. I asked for a coffee during my first breakfast and the staff just pointed me to the coffee station and did not bother to at least serve me one. Nobody asked if i wanted a coffee. I understand it was a buffet. Most of the staff were just watching the guests while having breakfast. There was no interaction. Staff do not care if you pay more or less for your stay. There was no class A service. I spoke to the guest services after a couple days of my stay and during my last breakfast, i was offered a coffee, someone was attending to me. I appreciate that but service needs consistency. Once room number is recognized, they should be able to give extra attention to the guests who pays more. It was the same as last year. I appreciate the upgrade though. I like the location. Staff by the pool was great. The security guard who assisted during the morning i left the hotel was amazing - i think he was the one who worked at Enverga Lucena, Aries - waiter was good too. Beautiful Views and Awesome Staff”
The lady at the check in desk informed us that she upgraded us to a suite on the highest floor possible. We were on the 32nd floor with a balcony, a full kitchen, washer/dryer (perfect for after our 2wk stay in Palawan), 2 flat screen TVs, and a very comfortable king size bed. Centrally located in Makati (but the drive from the airport took about an hour due to traffic). We had a couple friends with us for a 5 hour layover. They were nice enough to give them a welcome drink and check their bags while we were out for dinner. They even arranged their ride to the airport. I wish I could remember the main employee’s name that we dealt with. He was so amazing! I read reviews before we got there and there were a few that said that the staff was rude. Definitely not the case. They were on top of everything. If you’re looking for a place in Makati, choose I’M Hotel. (But in all honesty, don’t expect the service at the rooftop bar or the pool bar to be exceptional or speedy)

An Oasis in Makati”
The I'M Hotel treats you like you've booked a resort in the middle of Manila. The rooms are indulgent, the shower was bliss, the pool is innovative in its glass bottomed view of the street below, and the staff is helpful with every request. To top all of that off, the breakfast is a fantasy of traditional Filipino dishes and sumptuous Asian and Continental fare that will make you wish you got up earlier just so you could eat more. I would stay here again and again!

4 Star Effort”
Location, Location, Location... I’m Hotel is the perfect location for a 4 star hotel since it’s in Makati area and if your looking for central area to roam north or south of metro Manila, then I’m in the perfect place for you. So now let’s nit pick, room was clean and no weird odor which is a must. You even get a welcome cake when you enter your room which is a nice touch. Sheets was clean and didn’t seem worn so that a plus. Bathroom has a glass see through from the bedroom which is starting to trend amongst 4-5 star modern hotels but where I’m fails is the design flaw in the bathroom. The floor is flat so water starts to flood after a few minutes which is a fail. Also notice some spots the room attendants missed cleaning in the bathroom which is taboo for 4 star hotels. Shower pressure is strong and hot so thats a plus. Room service food is not bad either, fast and food was great. Roof top bar is fancy and that mixologist makes a mean bloody merry that is very rare find in Philippines. Overall I’m still comfortable giving IM HOTEL a 4 star rating. If you can get them under 5k Pesos or under 100 dollars a night then this place is really worth it . I personally wouldn’t go past that rate.

I loved I'M Hotel! It wasn't a five star hotel or anything but their service was really good and the rooms are really clean and comfortable! We got the deluxe room and the staff upgraded me for double beds. The bathroom had a bath tub and it had a couch beside the window too. View is not so pleasant but everything in the room makes up for it! They are also fast to respond to requests, which I really appreciate! Aside from that, their pool was awesome and the lay out with the ratan chairs. They also had onset bath which was quite relaxing! My Mom and I tried it and she was pleased. Overall, it was good staying with I'M Hotel!

An overnight staycation aint' enough!”
Yup, an overnight staycation in this bespoke hotel sure ain't enough! I checked-in last March 11 2018 & checked-out the next day, & i have nothing bad to say about it. I was a bit anxious upon check-in because some reviews said the staff weren't accommodating & the facilities/amenities weren't enough to give value for the money, but i'm surprised to say that i didn't experience any of that at all. I look like a hobo most of the time & i was expecting to get the usual double-standard treatment from the staff, but i didn't, so i was like, wow, whutta pleasant surprise! I booked the room with a tub that's got a city view & it was pretty neat! How i wish i wasn't situated at 2119 though, coz the tub's view wasn't the vast city but the nearby buildings beside I'm Hotel, which made me hesitate to open the blinds while relaxing in a hot bubble bath. The clear glass paneled pool & rooftop bar were also very cool! It's also near to hang-out spots. Cannot wait to stay there again! =)
Excellent Service and Spa Facilities”
They have the best spa facilities so far from all the hotel I've been through. They have this Onsen bath that comes with minerals that good for your skin. They have excellent service as well. The only thing I could say against this hotel is the traffic around the area. It's located on one of the most busiest street in Makati. And their rooms are kind of "sparse" for me compare with the other hotels I've been through. They don't have carpets in their room. I am just biased because I prefer the comforts and posh of the usual hotel room in Metro Manila. Nevertheless, I'll still go back here for their spa and massage.

Its a new hotel for me, and this place is really realy nice, Their rooms and lobby can be decently be categorised as 4-5star hotel. Lobby: Nice Room: Not all rooms has bathtub (and unfortunately for me, this is the one things i look for a room), so we needed an upgrade to a prestige room (additional of 500php). I think upgrade prices depends on what kind of room you want (obviously). REoom is clean. Bathrooms are clean. Their toiletries were Evelyn. They’re shower and bathtub are separated. No s much option on TV channels. Room service were excellent. Amenities: Pool and gym is really really nice. They also have steam and sauna. But they have an in house spa, which you’ll also be sharing amenities with. It wasnt to crowded when we checked in, but i was thinking that if their were alot of occupants and customers for their Onsen spa, they i think it;ll be crowded. Breakfast: Decent, if you opt to add another person it’ll will be 700++php. Not much option. Just standard western (bacon, waffle, doughnuts and bread) and some asian cuisine. But its ok if you opt not to have it, the hotel is surrounded by food chain restaurant which i think will be worth it other than paying for hotel’s breakfast buffet. Staff: They are excellent. very accommodating. It really helps that staff were approachable and readily available. In general, for all hotels, staff excellence can composate whatever is lacking in a hotel (although their is nothing of that at this hotel). Their roof top bar has the nicest view., but its expensive, (need to spend 1000php/head) thats why we only went for picture taking. Didnt ry their onsen spa. Cause massage is expensive (starts at 1,7++ php). It includes 1 hour massage and use of hotel amenities, shich for me wouldnt be worth it, a i am checked in. So yea, may next time,. I read that their are checked it the includes massage and all. But I still find it expensive 😊 Overall, the experienced is worth the money.

Giselle - Assistant Front Desk Manager was perfect for her position, very accommodating. some staff needs more training when it comes to customer service, particularly the SPA staff, some of the BLOOM staff. They need to be more personable and friendly. I didn't get much information with all the facilities for my stay until the last 2 days of my stay. I enjoyed the massage and facial from Cindy at the spa. She was brilliant. Overall it was a great stay. I'm looking forward to come back in a week. It's prime location is great. I definitely recommend I'M Hotel. P.S. I'm not comfortable having dinner in BLOOM seeing guests from the spa in their robes having dinner after their treatment.

The hotel is just opening so some of the facilities were still in construction. They do not have a hotel car service yet but were able to arrange Grab Taxi and Uber Taxis without any problem; they have an agreement with both which is an excellent idea since both services are much cheaper than a hotel car. The Hotel and the cafe on the first floor do not have a direct billing capability for hotel guests yet and may not. And that cafe requires cash only for your purchases. That can be inconvenient if you happen to be out of cash. There are two more restaurants in the hotel that had very good food. Overall, the hotel is a very good value and a great place to stay and meet others. I used to stay at the City Garden Grand Hotel on previous trips but in comparison I would recommend the I'M hotel as an alternative.

Nice hotel with complete facilities. Buffet breakfast is great. The room has nice ambience and complete facilities. I love their smart TV. Mermaid pool is great, my daughter loves it. But only at night suggest that it would have more lights. The staff is friendly. We'll definitely come back. It's worth the price. Haven't tried the spa. Thank you I'm hotel ;)

Overall a great hotel! Fantastic rooftop bar with a bird’s eye view of Manila and I love the infinity pool as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were specious and clean. According to Google map, the distance from the airport to hotel is approximately 21mins. However, jam in Metro Manila can be quite bad and it took me 1.5hours to reach the hotel, which would have otherwise been a breeze. There’s also a mall 5 minutes away from the hotel.

Best place to stay in Manila ”
The spa at the I'm hotel is amazing. The rooms are clean with a great view of Makati (the financial district) and the rooftop bar is a must for sunset pictures or late night hangs.
My Family and i checked in during the christmas eve. And it should be commended that the hotel mad arrangements for the influx of guests and made a separate checking-in location. The lobby of the hotel seems large on the photos, but it is not that big. The bell-man are very accommodating and helpful especially to the guy who helped us named Aze. He made sure that we are not disappointed in our stay. The pool was very nice, it was a nice place to relax and enjoy even in the city. The onsen spa facilities are free access to guests but we were not able to use it unfortunately. The 2-bedroom suite was a good space for our group, which came witb complete toiletries and bath robes (which you don't usually get in some hotels). The things that needs improvement are: The room we were given is not properly cleaned, it was obvious that it was used as a party place some of the decorations from previous occupants were still there. The parking allocation was only for one car even if i booked a 2-bedroom suite with 4 guests, according to them it is still considered as ONE room. BUT when they asked for deposit they required deposit for 2 rooms! There is no logic to their rules. Their elevator is quite slow especially when there are a lot of guests. All in all, it was a nice stay. Would definitely come back.
