What a relaxing staycation, my husband was surprised by the birthday cake in our room... I didnt ask for it but hinted that it was his birthday... so I can say the reviews are real... parking was not a problem, we breezed thru check in and had a relaxing massage.

Great location and staff”
Chose this hotel over New World this time - I usually stay at New World. I will choose I'M again for the really friendly staff and value for money. The Antidote roof bar is brilliant to end an evening and ultra cool to hang out there. Restaurant is excellent value. It is far less 'corporate' and cold than New World and Peninsula etc etc.....the pool isn't awesome but the gym is just fine for travelling.

Been stay here many times, one of my favourite hotel, celebrate Wedding Anniversary with my wife for this time, last time celebrated my wife Birthday, we are really enjoying all the hotel facilities and comfortable bed, and also want to thanks to Front desk all the staff, especially Mika, my wife really happy about our room, really appreciate, i will be back to this hotel again as my every years any celebration, thank you so much!. Nice hotel with complete facilities. Buffet breakfast is great. The room has nice ambience and complete facilities. I love their smart TV. Mermaid pool is great, my daughter loves it. But only at night suggest that it would have more lights. The staff is friendly. We'll definitely come back. It's worth the price. Haven't tried the spa. Thank you I'm hotel ;)

Agoda is an absolute scam. I ended up paying more money using Agoda than I would have paid if I just booked through the hotel itself. I will never use Agoda again and I would recommend no one to ever use Agoda again. Just call the hotel and get the rooms. All of the service fees is an absolute rip off. I am very unhappy with Agoda and you will now never be used by me again! The hotel was fantastic though

Lovely staffs, very friendly and speak good English. However one thing I didn't quite happy was bout the housekeeping. I did put up the "DND" mode, the attendant still went in and cleaned my room 😴😴 Food was great and worth trying. Tried the massage, nothing to shout about. But can give a try, super value to get the spa package together with the buffet.

Great service and nice hotel. No smoking rooms so I had to take the suit in order to have a smoking balcony. For a suit the price was good but I really didn't need a suit. Same re bathtub - only have them in the suit rooms.

The Bacon, wont somebody please think of the BACON. ”
This is a great hotel to stay at. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The beds are SUPER SUPER soft marshmallow clouds. I just love them. The pool is exciting (clear sides and bottom), I can see the street below (but its cold). The Breakfast was fantastic. Great selection of everything........ Except the bacon. They serve it up sparingly because its hand grilled instead of oven baked in bulk, so anticipate a wait for your serve. Everything else was to my liking.

The worst experience in my life”
I usually don’t rate hotels, but this time the experience was so bad that I have to say something. I booked three days in I’M Hotel for my business trip, it was all ok (air con was a bit noisy but tolerable) until the front desk lady called me at 3:15 in the morning, asked if I was expecting a guest, while obviously I was not. I am a trouble sleeper and couldn’t sleep at all after that horrible phone call. Nobody said anything the next day about that call so I complained to the FD supervisor and here is her reply: oh we checked with our employee and turned out she called the wrong room, you guys all have similar last names. I honestly can not think of a reply more ridiculous and racist than this!!!! If your employee can not recognize Chinese names than change your employee, not call the wrong number in the middle of the night and then blame your guest for having ‘similar last names’
