“The staff services is very bad”
I was checked in at late night. The receptionist staff was not so friendly. No smile. They asked me about 2000 baht for cash deposit that's not mentioned at the website. But, the room is large, clean, and comfortable. All the TV channel can not be watched. Request premium member. It's so bad. Day 1, the hotel didn't provide any minerals water, so luckily, this hotel near by the minimarket besides the hotel. The location is strategic. You can find mc'd, coffee shop, minimarket, and other restaurant near this hotel. When I checked out, as usually, because the staff did not informed me that the slipping slipper can not be taken, so they asked me to pay for them. I didn't want to pay for it, so give it back. But, the bell boy staff so kindly, they help me bring my suitcase to the taxi and even opened the door for me. I give some tips for them. Overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel, but, the receptionist staff is very unfriendly. They need to be humble n friendly to all the guests.
