We have booked this one as many of the properties were booked or unafforable due to holiday season. Pros 1. Spacious room 2. Neat, Clean and well furnished 3. Good A/C Cons 1. No room service. Just rooms only. You will not get much info/support from the care taker 2. Not enough parking and also it's very difficult to park in the available area 3. Salty water

Nice place to stay”
The property is at the heart of city centre and very close to prominent beach like rock, Pondicherry and promenade. The locals and the staff were welcoming, especially BalaJi. There was some language issue but they were all welcoming. One minor inconvenience was that there were no towels provided in the room.

Not a typical hotel”
This is just a few rooms attached to a marriage hall and a function hall, and these rooms are tented as a side business when they don't have weddings here. No swimming pool, no restaurant, not even adequate drinking water or napkins are provided. No wifi. I had to fight for wifi and then they cane to my floor and actually connected the wifi modems. One small soap for a family of 4. Only good thing is rooms look new but the beds, towels and blankets are torn and dirty.

Nothing personal but I would suggest not to pick this hotel as your best option. We found problem with running water...its totally salty. For this we need to purchase water bottles for fresh and up. Even for brushing we can't use that water bcoz water is really very salty. Trust me. And No fooding available. But otherwise staffs are friendly and simple. Staff 4star but hotel facilities 1star

You can easily hear the sound the people walking in the corridor. + party hall close to the room. Whenever there is a function, your room will be like in the middle it Positive: Big spacious room. Neat and clean. Great location, but access road is narrow. Have car parking

Room was good. But water is a bit salty. There is a function hall in 1st floor and there was function..so we didn't get enough privacy. People who came for function always stare at tourist. Try to take rooms in other floors.
