    A definite YES”

    The very first impression you’ll get will be from the friendly well spoken staff , it didn’t matter what time of the day it was or who was on duty the staff were always friendly and helpful. Room was spotless, well maintained and well set out , coffee/tea maker , large fridge, bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and adequate. Not to far from Don Mueang airport if you’re looking for an excellent stopover hotel for the night or even a long term stay , well priced for a monthly stay . Highly recommended . Would absolutely stay again if in the area .

    Very quiet place for a good price”

    It’s far from the city center of Bkk. About 15min from Don Mueang airport (if no traffic). There’s not much happening around, just a couple of street restaurants, 7-11 and some coffee places. My room was spacious and clean with good aircon. I can recommend it if you look for some quiet time away from the city.

    Great stay!”

    We had one night in I Rich Residence before taking a early flight the next morning. Everything was perfect. We even had a lift to the airport (about 10-15 min) at 5 am from a nice staff member and he wouldn't take any cash for it. I would recommend the place to anyone for their awesome service.

    The owner of property resides in the residence and is very kind and helpful. It is alike home due to fully equipped with Wifi, LED TV, Dish Washing Sink, Balcony, A/C, Water heater, and built-in closet and other furniture like sofa and carpet. These make life cozy, privacy and comfy.

    Receptionist is super friendly!”

    Location is a bit difficult to find due to the construction on Bangkok. An Uncle is super friendly when I didn't bring up my toothpaste he quickly go and find me for one & he didn't charge me any single cents! Everything in room is fine if add on a hair dryer will be perfect! And one of the girl carry the luggage for me to second floor because this apartment doesn't provide any life service. Well done & good job!

    friendly helpful, cosy stay ”

    staff were friendly and helpful. room was nice and cosy with furniture suitable for longer stay.. eg. storage cupboards etc. though not walking distance to airport.. when we needed to go at 4am.. the man offered to drive us inatead as lady agreed to book a taxi.. but wasn't working the time we left. she also filled water from her home in her break for us. welcoming, genuine hospitality is wonderful. short walk to food & 7/11 and dont miss deasert/cafe shop on left of main street.. look for sunflowers ! if price was more competitive would consider longer stay.

    Nice, but far from everything”

    This place was very nice, but it was very far from the airport. This is ironic, because it is advertised as being close to the airport... It was really in the middle of nowhere. The one great feature is that it has a late check-in available, which happened to save my life for my stay!

    Extremely hospitable and helpful. Attend to your concerns immediately and happily. There isnt really anything much in Patum Thani and one has to get around in a cab. Or walk. No frills but very clean. Unfortunately, no food service either except for delivery.
