Good price, but not really close to the beach and not really clean. ”
The place said that it was 180m from the beach, and one would assume it would be a beach that we can actually go to, which that's not really true. So if you are looking for a place that is actually close to the beach, this is not a option. The pictures are really nice, but once you get there you see that the bathrooms are unkept, with dirty spots everywhere. The rooms have chipped walls.. it really depends on what you are actually looking for. We were a little disappointed.

Overall it was decent for the price. Pool is pretty small but reasonably clean. We tried to extend our stay but they wanted almost double than what we booked online for so we moved hotels. Book online is my only recommendation.

Not for a good night’s rest”
Incredibly uncomfortable beds and pillows: could feel every wire and spring in the mattress and the pillows were HARD. Woke up (after struggling to sleep) with back and neck ache.

my purpose was seenspace hua hin. and refer to google map it was close. to pace hua hin. but can not walk anyway you need a car to get there. so its close but nothing advantage for location room was 4th floor. but there is no elevator..

Me and my girlfriend arrived at the hotel late at night due to the long road trip, we were expecting a good night sleep real soon but what we came across was that the room that we got had some trouble with air conditioning, we waited for hours at 18 degree celsius hoping that it will get cooler soon because we really need that sleep but it didn’t so we notified the front desk, the guy came up to have a look and said that its not functioning properly but instead of changing the room for us he offered us an electric fan to help with the air conditioning instead and said that we’d been using the room already. The next morning when we checked out all we got was “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” they should’ve dealt this better than what they did. So its a one time deal for us and anyone planning to go to Hua Hin hoping for a cheap accommodation? Look elsewhere.

Friendly service with smile”
the first impression of the i style hotel upon my arrival was a different expectation of what i had in mind. but of course, photos we see are meant to mislead us, not in a negative way. the hotel is located not far away after entering hua hin soi 19 and is not far away from the beach either. however i didn't have the time to explore through there, i only set my eyes on the beach from afar, due to some private properties and nice hotels were in between us. upon check in, we had to wait for a few minutes due to the one man show (is actually a nice lady). i have noticed she is in charge of everything - from check in to check out, sweeping the floor, etc., with great service and attitude. i could bare all the things i encounter because i know i booked this relatively affordable hotel in hua hin, except: there is no ventilation in the bathroom. there was some sort of smell even if you do not use the bathroom. there is only enough place to hang one towel (considering that the room is for 2 adults) other than the above points, everything was okay for an affordable hotel near hua hin city.

Lovely staff, a little far from center, comfort”
The style of this hotel is a little different than everything ive seen in this area. Its about 5-7 mins driving from the center of Hua Hin, which was perfect for me since i had a motorcycle. I highly recommend this hotel. Only a restaurant is missing. Brakfast was good though (they order from a neighbour restaurant)

Great budget hotel in Hua Hin. We stayed here 1 night for the food festival. It has a convenient location around 5-10 minute walk to the beach and Queen's Park. Be careful about opening the doors. Some of the rooms are overlooking an overgrown wasteground/forestry area... If the doors are left open you will get a lot of bugs/insects inside. Nice hotel - would visit again.

Moderate good, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast should upgraded to a more proper standard english or american breakfast rather than bread and congee only. Apart of that I would be revisit this hotel again for my next visit to Hua Hin. The night market was awesome and so do the market village. Also the food at soi 51 was brilliant and value for money too, over all worth to stay at I style boutique hotel again. Well done.

Lovely lobby but small room”
Not much activities at the hotel, nice lobby but the room and bathroom are kinda small. But all equipments are function well. Staff are friendly and ready to help. The location is great, close to Hua-hin city and market, but the hotel is not next to the beach.

Cute Boutique Hotel with some drawbacks”
I was a little dismayed to discover how far this hotel was from Hua Hin. It's close to the main highway that runs through the city but you have to hop on the public transport to go to the market. The room itself was nice with a large fridge and decent prices for the drinks and food. I had a little trouble communicating with the couple who run the place as they couldn't tell me how to get to the winery or the night market. On the second day, they finally told me about the transportation. Do yourself a favor and stay closer to the action.

Lovely staff, but need a car to stay here”
Our stay was very pleasant, only we missed a bar/restaurant in the hotel as we didn't know when we booked that it was a boutique hotel. Also we got no car so we had to depend from tuk-tuk taxi for moving around (about 4 rides per day to the city center and beach, 5 kilometers away from the hotel, so an extra daily budget of 600/800 THB) Other than that the staff was very friendly, we recommend this hotel to those who look for a very quiet place to stay.

Worth a visit”
I booked this hotel at very last minute. Got to the hotel the staff was very nice, helping us carry our bags to the room. The room was clean and our stay was great. Except one thing that it was quite abit of mosquitos in the room but overall was perfect.

very nice hotel, conviently located”
We had a lovely stay @the Istyle. The staff were pleasant, helpful and well informed about local sights. The location was in easy reach of the dowwntown entertainment district. Very nice coffee shop about 150 meters away (9AM TO 5PM) which was a godsend since the hotel only has Nescafe available for guests. Great little son tom restaurant a block down the same soi as the hotel. Easy to get a songtaew about 100 meters away.
