Best host ever met and came across throughout our 10 days Taiwan trip”
The boss/host (Mr Ding) was especially helpful and provided tons of support for us when we were staying over at their resort. Despite the location of the resort being quite far off from the central parts of Qingjing farm, rest assured that transportations are available as you can speak to the boss (Mr Ding) and he will help you with it! I personally enjoyed our stay with MR Ding and will definitely be back here! To add on, this place provides the best view from the room as compared to any other accommodation option in Qingjing. Totally worth the money, and thumbs up to Mr Ding!

Perfect place to stay ”
If you're looking for a cozy room and spectacular views to stay near the Qingjing farm, this is the place. Looking out from the window, you can see sunrise in the morning and stars all over the sky at night. The room is clean, quiet, and spacious. A beautiful garden and exquisite breakfast. No complaints.

Wonderful stay”
This MingSu is not at the main tourist attraction area, hence it is quiet and serene. The host provided shuttle services to bring us uphill to the Swiss Garden and the QingQingChaoYuan for the 2 days. They also fetched us back to the MingSu. All the people working in the MingSu are very friendly and helpful. They helped arranged to fetch us to yummy dinner places for the 2 nights we stayed. Oh, the breakfast cooked in the Mingsu is superp too. We love the scenery from the room, it is so beautiful we spent half a day just reading books in the room and looking at the scenery. The bed is comfortable with electric blankets. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous Japanese-inspired minsu”
The decor is zen and the place is well kept. They seemed to have a full house when I was there. They are well-staffed, and the amenities are as good as any 4-star chain hotel (especially the food!). The location is remote - no 7-11 next door - and quiet, with a spectacular view of the sunrise. I enjoyed the Japanese garden and the star viewing platform.

We had a 4hr drive with very difficult road condition and our baby was sick during the trip so we were relieved to finally arrive here . It was 7h30 we couldn't go out to eat so they helped us and cooked us a great meal that they brought to our room :) they don't speak English much but have a translator and are really nice and keen to help :) Highly recommended ! PS : view from the room and breakfast are great !

Friendly staff and amazing view!”
The owner was very nice to offer us three rides when we stayed there! When we arrived, he also showed us around the room and introduced every detail we should know, very helpful and patient. The room was clean and well-maintained! The breakfast was quite good. Although it takes around 10 min from the closest bus stop to the hotel, the view here was impressive, and it was quiet at night! Really a hidden gem that you shouldn’t miss!

Beautiful rooms, view and breakfast ”
Staffs are careful during the trip. Two ladies one is very patient the other is a bit fast temper but she is still nice. Only one problem is me and my boyfriend book for one big bed in couple room and they set us in a twin bed room, Boss has admit the mistake and promise and upgrade, however on the day since they get new guests for that room and complain that the price we pay did not deserve the upgrade and refused what the boss promised us at first prior to the trop. That room is nice but view is not as good as the rooms they post on pictures. At night that room has super loud voice from neighbors and when I complain with them, they did respond but the next day the fast-temper-lady complained that we complain too much for what they cannot do. Since it is twin bed so me and my boyfriend has to sleep quite separate due to the gap in the middle and two small electric blanket heat up at two side of the bed. I dont mind paying more but the broken promises annoyed me quite much. However they did not give an upgrade but change to 4 people room with much better view for us ( as expected on the picture). We still recommend this hotel, but the attitude from them is a bit unpredictable, sometimes hot and cold so you need to prepare this emotion may comes before you travel. Overall, this is a nice place to stay the inner design is super clean and japanese-like, I love it definitely.

A gem so well hidden.”
I-Think Resort is more than what the photos revealed. Although it is located pretty deep inside the tiny and winding roads, you will arrive at an amazing place you would not regret staying. The scenery around the resort is breathtaking except we were pretty unlucky not to be able to see the best it could offer due to bad weather. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The owner even personally served us during breakfast and was so passionate about the food that he served. My family and I enjoyed the spread and agreed that it was the best breakfast we had throughout our 8 days stay in Taiwan. We hope to visit again under better weather and clearer skies!

Great and cosy resort with beautiful garden”
We had travelled 12 hours from Singapore with a 14 mo baby and 2.5 yo toddler up to this resort on our first day in taiwan and i can really say that it is all worth it. Throughout our stay, they've ensured that we felt comfortable at all times and it is very helpful especially when you're travelling with young children in toll. They helped with the stroller up the stairs and there was always a baby high chair available whenever we had our breakfast. Breakfast was taiwanese style with lots of variety and there is even a great view. They have a beautiful mini garden in the centre of the resort and my toddler loves it! It has several fishes and is nicely maintained. We booked the Family Quad Room which was huge. Our kids had fun running around the room and gliding their tummies across the wooden platform. It was so extremely clean that i didn't need to worry about them picking up any bugs or dust. The taxi driver highlighted to us that the location is actually quite far off from the main road. We were quite worried initially but our worries were dissolved as the resort easily arranged transport for us whenever we needed it, including transport back to the resort. I will definitely come back here again if i ever visit Cing Jing and will also recommend this place to my friend. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

A postcard-perfect, hidden gem of a homestay”
The whole place was simply picturesque and I'm so glad that I got to stay here! Getting to the hotel wasn't an issue although some guests have commented it was out of the way. The reality is, Cingjing isn't a mammoth area and everything is accessible enough. Upon arrival, it felt like coming home. There was always a pretty sight to be had, from arriving to a view, breakfast with a view, walking the premises with nicely manicured Japanese garden. Our driver was so smitten by the scenery and building facade that he gave up his driver's hostel to check into the same homestay as us. Speaks volumes! Other room details include coffee machine, premium tea, candies, DVD player (movie titles available at front desk), good toiletries. So really, what's not to like?

Spacious and clean rooms”
rooms are very big, the staff even gave us a free upgrade from double room to quadruple room. toilets are super clean, rooms look new and newly renovated, definitely value for money, as compared to other more expensive resort. staff are also very nice and polite, driver fetched us from shouting stop to cingjing, then fetched us back to the resort.

This is my first trip to Cingjing and I'm very impressed with the warmth and hospitality extended by the resort! Rooms are huge and cosy! Plus, the view from the room was simply amazing! You will need to cater transport to this location though. I will definitely stay here again for my next visit!

Well situated luxurious boutique hotel”
This tastefully designed hotel is very well situated, with sightseeing points and restaurants nearby. We stayed in two adjacent quad bedrooms, which are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and nice sitting area by the window sill overlooking the front greenery. Simple buffet breakfast in Chinese style of high quality was served in a dinning room with beautiful mountain view. We had a quiet peaceful night of stay and would no doubt love to stay again should we revisit Cingjing in the future.

I-Think Resort is well planned for family with young kids. Its Japanese style architecture offered Zen feeling which I preferred over the other European style resorts in the area. It has arrangement with local restaurant with shuttle service for dinner, which is very convenient!

Nice lodging but a few kinks ”
We stayed at the deluxe double room. The beds were very nice. The room was clean and the two bathrooms were very useful. The view was very nice, next to a tea farm. The breakfast was quite good. Things that was irritating, the sceptic tank smell. This is common in a lot of buildings in Taiwan, you can smell it. We had to open the windows and closed the bathroom doors to keep the smell away. The portable air conditioning unit was very loud. We finally turned it off in order to sleep. The drive to the lodge was very windy and the final driveway down was at 15 degree angle. That was something that they can't control but just be ready for it. Finally, they don't offer dinner, which is a shame because the kitchen is very good. I think it will be lovely to have dinner at the patio overlooking the mountains and the tea farm. Otherwise, very nice lodging.
