Good space and location, careful of the property management”

Great central location, but super private. Big space! Great outdoor area upstairs with a little view of the water.
We cancelled one night, our first night, which was valued at a different, higher rate to the last 2 - still well within our “free canx” period - they chose to refund us the price of the cheaper night and are refusing to honour the correct price. For a €50 cleaning fee, the floor was dirty - needed mopping. While there is a full kitchen, they provided no lighter to use the stove. FYI for those thinking of travelling late Sept: the town shuts down after the final day of the cous cous festival, check your dates if coming at this time.

It was an amazing time”

We really liked the property, very comfortable and everything very nice
What we did not like is that the property is a ten minute walk from the beach. At first when we booked they told us that it was closer. The fact of not knowing this, forces me not to put the highest score.

Das Apartment war gut die Klima funktionierte auch gut 😊
WLAN funktionierte überhaupt nicht Wir haben um 11.00 Uhr ausgecheckt und haben das Headset von unserem 14. jährigen Sohn (250,00 €€)hinter dem Fernsehen stehen gelassen. Bei Messina angekommen ca 17.00 angerufen Vermittlerin von tregolfi erkundigte sich beim reinigungspersonal hat natürlich keiner was gefunden!!!! Schade…das Haus war schön und die Besitzerin sehr freundlich aber die Dame von tregolfi leider nicht.

Unterkunft o. K. falscher Standort!!!”

Unterkunft in Ordnung, das Meer war dieses Jahr in diesem Zeitraum so dreckig wie noch nie, ich war schockiert, da wir seid fast 8 Jahren regelmäßig in San Vito sind, jedes Jahr. der Tourismus ist leider voll angekommen, das merkt man wohl jetzt....
Die Adresse von der Unterkunft wird auf Booking mit der Adresse des Büro I Tre Golfi angegeben, welches sich im Zentrum befindet, und viel näher zum strand ist, tatsächlich waren es statt weniger als 500m zum strand, ca 1.3 km. Auf Anfrage per Chat ob Handtücher und Bettwäsche im Preis enthalten sind, welches uns bestätigt wurde, hies es dann vor Ort, es ist enthalten gegen Aufpreis pro Person auch Kinder (2 Jahre) müssten dann 12€ bezahlt werden (72€insgesamt) , eigentlich in Ordnung aber nicht wenn man vorher eine andere Information erhält, da wir sonst von unserem Haus in Sizilien alles hätte mitnehmen können. Die Unterkunft befand sich fast ganz am Anfang von San Vito lo Capo , alles kein Problem wenn die Informationen vorher richtig auf Booking angezeigt werden, bzw kommuniziert wird. vermutlich hätte ich sonst nicht gebucht! an sich ist die Unterkunft ziemlich neu und bietet alles was man braucht, Küche, große Dusche, 2 Terrassen.... 2 von 5 Sterne nur weil die Unterkunft in Ordnung ist

Ci va spirito di adattamento, solo per soggiorni brevissimi”

La presenza di aria condizionata in tutto l'appartamento, il parcheggio privato, il giardinetto e una buona doccia. La ragazza dell'agenzia che ci ha fatto il check una persona squisita e professionale.
Purtroppo la casa era un seminterrato, ma lo sapevamo e questo non sarebbe stato un problema per l'utilizzo che ne dovevamo fare per due giorni. Il problema però è stato da subito il forte odore di fogna e di muffa, cosa che si poteva constatare anche sui muri. Per questo armadi e cuscini in più (senza federe) inutilizzabili. Letti e cuscini scomodissimi. Appartamento privo di lavatrice anche se su booking ne era segnalata la presenza. Presenti due bagni peccato che le signore delle pulizie abbiano lasciato solo 1 rotolo di carta igienica. Wifi che funzionava e non funzionava e telefono che prendeva a malapena (sembrava quasi di essere in un bunker). Per una futura visita opteremmo sicuramente per un'altra soluzione.
