Rooms themselves are ok, nicely decorated but a bit dated. It is clean which is very good. Bed was big and comfortable. Overall, good for the price they offer.

Near the tourist spot”
The hotel is clean and very near to mines view. Napupuntahan ng mga anak ko ang mines view kahit sila lang sobrang lapit. Kaya lang ung room na nakuha namin walang window masyadong kolob sa loob pero all in all ok naman.

Just a few steps from Mines View Park which is good but will still prefer to stay near Burnham or Session Road. They have shared bathroom for dorm types that may get very dirty. We were with big group of students during our stay and the shower rooms were a mess in the morning. Nothing fancy here, just comfortable beds to sleep on.

This will be perfect for you if you're on a budget. It is very near to every tourist attraction so this was a great location for us on our first day. For the price I paid, around 300pesos, I can say this exceeded my expectations.

The staffs are good environment is also good but they still need to keep bathroom slippers for the whole rooms i changed my first room and paid deluxe room still i couldn't find bathroom slippers on it.

Good but creepy”
it was a nice hotel, nice because it is near the mines view park. however the hotel it self is a bit creepy. it is not well lit. nonetheless, the staff were very accommodating. transportation to other tourist spots are there the moment you go outside of the hotel.
