          Great hotel”

          This hotel is really close to Trans Studio Mall. It has direct access to TSM, through resto and cafe. It's still in the middle of Bandung. Easy to find goods around the hotel. The staffs are good and friendly. My room had no floor mat, I asked them many times, they responded but floor mat never came. I stayed for 2 nights so I used one of towels to be floor mat. The room was clean and tidy. It has enough lighting and great view if you ask high floors. Their basement parking area is the same area with The Royal Trans so it might a little hard to find parking slot at the basement. But you can park in mall parking area with free fee too. Overall, this hotel has a great value!

          Really nice!!”

          I booked a family room think it was a 1 double and 1 single in the same room. Apparently we got 2 room that is connected, which is surprisingly better than expected! The room is clean, the bathroom is clean. Unlimited water access since they provide a jug and water gallon at hallway instead of water bottles which is a plus for us. The only thing that is not working is the refrigerator, both room not working at all lol. But everything else is nice and perfect. Location wise is just next to the mall, nothing can go wrong with that. Will def come back again.

          Pretty good hotel although quite far from centre area”

          Room hotel neat and clean 9/10 Staff service kind and fast respon 9/10 Service area (resto and lobby) have good ambience 8/10 Buffet for breakfast good but constant menu everyday 7/10 Location quite far from centre area and waste of time if you want to explore every single Bandung area but if you just want to relax near hotel area then you still can spend your time in Trans Studio Theme Park or Trans Studio Mall (this hotel have direct connecting access to that place) 8/10

          3 Stars Hotel, Strategic Location”

          If you look for 3 stars Hotel in Bandung, no doubt at all to choose Hotel IBIS Bandung Trans Studio. Room are clean, Staff are good, unfortunately you have to request some bath amenities when your inside the bedroom. However it's a good choice to stay at IBIS Trans Studio because it's in the strategic location which the same location as Trans Studio Mall and The Trans Luxury Hotel. Very convenient to stay for leisure or business purposed.

          Great Hotel for Family”

          Booked a family room (for 4 pax) and beyond my expectation got 2 connecting rooms. The room was spacious. It's located right in front of TSM. The back entrance of this hotel is facing Starbuck Lobby of TSM. Masjid TSM is just a 2 minutes walk. Surely will comeback insya Allah

          Really recommend this place. Near Trans Studio Mall, there is also big beautiful mosque nearby. Nice staff and excellent service. Kudos to Ibis TSB!

          The food was good, stay at smoking room when earthquake, the staff quick to respond and help the guest out of the building. Comfort us with drinks and slipper (many of guest are panic and forgot to bring their slippers) and the staff are well trained and well prepared

          good location despite in traffic area due to inside the shopping mall. Very congested when we checked in, maybe due to school holiday but only served by 3 receptionists, need to add more staffs to avoid long queue. But the staffs were very professional and supportive, they patiently answered queries and requests from quests. From the rooms and facilities, i guess already old hotel, need some upgrades. One thing for the hotel to pay attention and implement this firmly, we stay in non smoking floor, but seems some rooms on that floor, they were some guests smoking inside the room, if no action or penalty given, no point to have non smoking room.
