Clean, modern hotel, friendly, very helpful staff”
I've stayed at the Ibis Nana many times, and enjoyed each stay. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, inexpensive, and serviced daily. The Ibis Nana restaurant is very reasonably priced for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there are a lot of good, ethnically diverse restaurants, watering-holes and shops nearby in Soi 4 and other easily-walked areas. Soi 4 is conveniently located for travel by Skytrain or taxi, and the entire area is a Bangkok melting-pot of diverse lifestyles and activities, perhaps a little too active for some, but fascinating for msny. I'm happy to recommend the Ibis Nana. Restaurant Tip: Two excellent restaurants are "Landmark" in Sukhumvit Rd, just two minutes walk to the right, from the intersection of Sukhumvit Rd and Soi 4. The "Lemongrass" restaurant, Soi 24 (a taxi ride), off Sukhumvit, has delicious food and a lovely quiet atmosphere, with soft music in the background. A great restaurant for lovers and small groups alike.
Excellent hotel well situated”
The Ibis Nana Hotel Bangkok is not the only guest friendly hotels on Sukhumvit Soi 4. But it's certainly one of the cleanest and most affordable hotel to stay in Nana red light district. It's a big hotel with about 200 rooms and still quite new looking for a hotel that's 4 years old. Rate between 1200 baht to 1600 baht I use my A club card here and get my points plus dicount I have stayed at the Hotel Ibis a few times now first in 2009 when it opened to 2011 last February The Ibis is a good quality hotel and I'd give it 7 out of 10. The reason being that it's a very minimal hotel. There is no swimming pool and no gym. I did recieve an email to say there is free internet Wi-Fi though and does count for something. The rooms at the Ibis are simple and nothing fancy. What I mean is that there are no suite rooms or deluxe or any other fancy room description with inflated rates. There are only 2 room types; standard with one double bed and standard with 2 twin beds. And that's all. As I mentioned before, the Ibis is a simple hotel with clean rooms. The rooms sizes are around 24 square meters. And they are your basic utility rooms with a space to hang your clothes, flat screen television, room safe, air con and a few odds and ends to make guests feel comfortable.
Lovely hotel, but near the night 'action'”
check in and check out is blazing speed, although they asked you for thb 500 for each night you stay as a deposit. i found it as just a saving for taxi and food in the airport later :) location is walking distance to skytrain bts nana station (sukhumvit road) through one way sukhumvit soi 6. other way is through sukhumvit soi 4 and passing nana plaza and other rather sleazy bars filled with nightlife actions. but they are harmless nobody touting for service or grab your hand to get insde. so even walking by those places is safe. taximeter and tuktuk is available until nighttime. alhthough near thea ction, your room in ibis is peaceful. good aircon, good but very small bathroom and i found it the working desk is really helpful to do internet, reading etc. very handy. tour desk in the ground floor is helpful and not aripped off. so you can get advice, pick your tour and pay with ease. you will get a receipt and voucher. very handy to get discount too if you want to enter certain area such as madame tussaud museum only thb, when you directly visit it'll costs you at least or even don't bother to get breakfast, so many choices in bangkok to get better food nearby
Clean and Affordable”
the ibis bangkok nana hotel is in sukhumvit soi 4. it is near the night life and many restaurants and clubs. the rooms are very clean. the bath room is small but manageable. the hotel is good value for money. the night is about bht which is approximately us. the hotel provides complementary tuk tuk to the sky train station which is about 5-7 min walking distance. the service is excellent. the front staff disk is very helpful and courtesy. if you are looking for clean and budget accommodation near the entertainment the ibis nana is the one. sure i will come back.
simple n clean hotel with great location”
ibis nana had the lowest price compare to other ibis or accor chain hotel in bangkok, but the quality of the room is more than i expected. its clean, simple (ibis typical room) and not too small. the interior n exterior are in good condition and well maintain. in terms of location, ibis nana is right in the center of the busy nana sukhumvit where all the bars n shops are around the corner. the nearest bts station from the hotel is "nana" about 10 minutes by foot, but they have shuttle that available to get you too the bts nana for free. overall its a pleasant stay at ibis nana, i'm very satisfied.
Fresh, clean hotel, friendly staff”
I've resided at the Ibis Nana many times, and enjoyed all of my stays. The staff is unfailingly friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, inexpensive, and serviced daily, but ... who on earth recently decided to save money by completely ceasing the supply of soap bars in the bathroom, forcing occupants to rely solely on the liquid soap/shampoo gel, located in the shower recess, for washing one's hands? Not a good move, Ibis. The Ibis Nana restaurant is very reasonably priced for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there are many decent, ethnically diverse restaurants, watering-holes and shops nearby in Soi 4 and easily-walked surrounding areas. Soi 4 is very conveniently located for travel by Skytrain or taxi, and the entire area is a Bangkok melting-pot of diverse lifestyles and activities, perhaps a little too frenetic for some, but fascinating for msny. I'm happy to recommend the Ibis Nana.
perfect service of ibis nana hotel and staff”
a very very very very very good hotel ibis nana is a very good hotel and comforts us like staying at my own home when we are staying at ibis nana, it is the world cup 2010.i ask the front desk staff can we watch world cup in the lobby television, the staff immediately says yes and tell us when the world cup is show on live, he will help to switch the television to the channel of the live world cup. that moment i felt that i just stay in a very warm home. also, the staff called jojoe is a hardworking staff. he has a good memory and know us well and treat us like his family members.he guided us the route to the famous big shopping tesco lotus and the naraya bag shop. he also help us to save money and guide us to have sightseeing on the bangkok view by tell us to take bts train instead of take taxi. he just like a master of the family. i hope this positive feedback to ibis nana will not make them proud. i hope they will serve the customers as same as before or better with some tiny things like in a family. i am sure that the next time i travel to bangkok, the hotel in bangkok i choose must be ibis nana.
I booked the Ibis online after reading reviews here and couldn't have been happier. Incedentilly I was in Vietnam before flying into Bangkok and met other couples on various tours who also stayed at the Ibis and raved about it. It is a new hotel so the facilities were excellent. All rooms are non smoking so even though I am a smoker it was no problem. the thing that stood out for me was the staff from front door, to waiters and front office - they were exceptional, engaging, friendly and polite, doing everything to ensure my stay was a great one. The free tuk tuk service from the hotel was also a bonus and often used. Nightlife was a mere 4 minutes down the soi and attractions easily gotten to. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I will certainly be using it again.
In these present times just finding an open hotel in Central Bangkok is hard enough. The Ibis is a well located modern hotel on soi4 sukhumvit . It is ideally placed for local nightlife but also for daytime excursions using the nearby Nana BTS station, plentiful taxis or the local buses. The hotel is in the lower part of the road so for those who dont want to hear the many bars and clubs at the top of the road it will be perfect. At present the hotel offers a limited breakfast menu for 177Baht which is perfectly acceptable but sadly doesn't compare with their buffet style offered pre pandemic, but I'm sure it will return in time. The room are on the small side with limited closet space but for the room price its adequate. The shower cubicle is triangular with a good shower head which is always nice to find. The bathroom is an ok size with large mirror, sink with built in plug and toilet. There is a hairdryer and shaver socket built in to the wall for those who need them . The rooms were cleaned daily with tea/ coffee making facilities topped up at the same time and 2 bottles of water left on the table daily. I stayed 10 nights and would happily recommend this hotel for its location, friendly staff and cleanliness but would again remind future users of the room size andlimited cupboard space. With free parking outside it's perfect for a weekend or short break with access to city being minutes away via the transport options mentioned already.

Great location but small rooms”
me and my husband stayed for four nights at nana ibis in bangkok. the hotel is a real luxury and very good deal for the price you pay. the entire building is centrally air conditioned with individual control of ac temperature and air flow in each room. the entire hotel is maintained neat and clean. the linen and towels provided are spotlessly clean and of good quality. it is strategically located within walking distance of nana, bts sky train station, which makes moving anywhere for sight seeing an extremely easy option. the staff at ibis nana was found to be very efficient and courteous. overall the place gets very high ratings and i would recommend any budge traveler to consider nana ibis as one of the best option available. if i go again to bangkok, i will certainly choose nana ibis as my first choice.
good hotel, value for money”
Hotel is in entertainment area, a 10 min walk from BTS Nana station. It's Ibis, so you get standard ibis room and service (which is good overall). One good point is the fast wifi. The hotel is in the Sukhumvit Soi 4, where there are lots of bars and restaurants that cater to tourists (the street is jampacked in the evenings). Hotel food is comparable to food at the restaurant in the area (in taste and in price). Better option is to eat at the street side stalls (there are 2 right outside Ibis).
Always a good deal”
I have stayed at both the Ibis on Sou 4 Sukhumvit and in Sathorn in Bangkok. Both are reliably clean with staffs that are beyond helpful and friendly every time I stay. The breakfast is quite good and competitive with other places in the area if Westrrn food is what you crave! I like Ibis. The rooms are simple and clean and a decent price and location
Fresh, modern hotel, excellent staff”
i've often stayed at the ibis nana and enjoyed every occasion. the staff have always been friendly and helpful, the rooms are inexpensive, clean and get serviced daily. their restaurant is very reasonably priced for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there are many decent, ethnically diverse restaurants, bars and shops nearby in soi 4 and surrounding areas. soi 4 is very conveniently located for travel by taxi or skytrain, and the immediate area is a bangkok showcase of diverse lifestyles and activities. it may be a little too busy for some, but fascinating for msny. i'm happy to recommend the ibis nana, especially if on a budget.
Modern, comfortable hotel”
we were three couples staying at the ibis nana, and all of us enjoyed our stay. the staff were always friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, inexpensive, and serviced daily. their restaurant is very reasonably priced for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there are lots of good, ethnically varied restaurants, shops and bars nearby in soi 4 and easily reached surrounding areas. soi 4 is well located for travel by skytrain or taxi, and the entire area is a bangkok melting-pot of varied lifestyles and activities, perhaps a little too frantic for some, but sure to be fascinating for msny. we're all happy to recommend the ibis nana.
Fresh, clean and attractive hotel, friendly, staff”
i've stayed at the ibis nana many times, and will continue to do so. it's excellent value for money, with very friendly, efficient and helpful staff, and a good restaurant, with a fine, inexpensive lunchtime buffet. is two elevators always get you rapidly up and from and to your room. it's location in soi 4 is excellent, with very easy access to skytrain, and taxis are everywhere at all times. many shops and restaurants are in soi 4 and nearby, and sukhumvit road is a r-hand turn out of the hoel and 4 minutes away. i just hope this review doesn't make it more difficult for me to book a room in the future.
Friendly staff, clean, modern hotel”
all of my stays at the ibis nana have been enjoyable, so i keep coming back. the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, serviced daily, and they're inexpensive. their restaurant is very reasonably priced for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there are many good, ethnically diverse restaurants, bars and shops all along in soi 4 and surrounding areas. soi 4 is conveniently located for travel by skytrain or taxi, and the entire area is a bangkok melting-pot of varied lifestyles and activities, perhaps a little too busy for some, but fascinating for msny. i'm happy to recommend the ibis nana.
Nice Hotel and Friendly Staffs.”
After two years i come back to this hotel again. The first thing that make me very surprise is the staff still remember me and come to talk with me. He is very helpful and friendly. Others staff also very friendly and smile always. Hotel room still very clean and wifi signal very good. Valuable for money. Shuttle service send us to nearest BTS station. Nearby Hotel have many 7-11 and some restaurants. Located very near to shopping heaven like Central World, Siam Paragon and Terminal 21. This is my ( Not sure how many times was stay here ). If i visit BKK again, Ibis Sukhumvit 4 still will be my First Choice.
Modern hotel, quiet and clean, with spacious rooms”
Hotel itself is great, close to all the action but just out of reach from all the noise. Excellent rooms, amenities, affordable stay. Near the middle of soi 4, very walkable to Nana station and all entertainment. I've stayed at similar hotels further down soi 4 before staying here because I wanted to be away from the noise and crowds but Ibis is a few minutes walk closer to everything and just as good. No one loitering or bothering me in front of hotel. Please do use taxis out front or ask reception to call you one. You will be ripped off, way more cheaper to walk 5 mins up to Sukhumvit road and flag down a taxi there. I made the mistake of asking reception to call me a taxi for the airport and the security staff guy made the taxi driver pay him 150 baht, then the taxi driver wanted me to pay 400 + 50 for tolls to cover his losses to security guy! This price was after the driver told me that he usually gets up to 700 baht to take people to the airport! The trip to airport should only cost 250 to 300 baht maximum using legit taxi meter drivers.
Very clean hotel and unfailingly friendly staff”
Pros: I've been to this smart-looking, newish, 7-storey hotel many times in its relatively short history in Bangkok, and never been disappointed. The rooms are clean, competitively priced, and serviced daily.Tthe staff are friendly and helpful at all times, responding quickly to any problems (they're rare!)that may arise.In-house is available 24/7. Drinks in the lobby area until 11 p.m. Its location in Soi 4, off Sukhumvit, is ideal for transport (taxi, bus, or Sky Train), and is close to many restaurants and a plethora of diverse shopping opportunities. I like the fact that they have a combination safe in every room, three internet computers in the lobby area, and free wi-fi access is also available in the lobby/reception area. Perhaps one day in the rooms as well . Cons: None that I can think of.
Good Hotel in a Good Location”
This was my third stay at the Ibis Nana and it was pretty much enjoyable as were the previous stays. The hotel has been open less than 1 year and so is very new as you would expect, and has a very modern simple décor throughout. Primarily as business style hotel there were families and young travellers staying there. The location is great for getting around Bangkok as it is near the Nana Skytrain station on Sukhumvit and the hotel run a shuttle service to, and presumably from, the skytrain station. The hotel is also a short walk to Nana Entertainment Plaza and is guest friendly making it ideal for mixing business and pleasure.
