I was somewhat hesitant to book this property based on the reviews, but given the amenities and pictures of the room, I decided to stay there for three nights. I knew that it was close to the beach and the Westin Chosun so the location was superb. The room had everything that I required and I must say the bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud after an adventurous day out. The designers of Ibis deserve some praise for using their space so well. A minimal aesthetic and attention to detail had me in love with the room after only one night. As for the staff, cordial and on point is the best description that can be given. I had numerous conversations with them and truly look forward to meeting them again. To access the beach, just use the staircase at the Ibis parking lot- this will save you a lot of time. I do recommend the green tea scone at the beach cafe at the corner of the Westin Chosun. Someone had previously mentioned the OPS bakery and that is definitely worth checking out. Don't forget to take a walk around Dongbaek Park. It is absolutely breathtaking. Ibis has redefined the term budget for me and I look forward to staying at their other properties on the peninsula! Cleanliness, affordability, customer service, design, and location- I could not ask for anything more!

Great views and great location!”
I booked this for my friend and I for Chuseok, and it was an awesome hotel! There was the option to buy the buffet breakfast, which we did for 2 of our 3 days staying there. I was able to also choose an ocean view room, which was the best decision. It had a mini fridge as well. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would not hesitate to book again when I go to Busan next time.

Only 5 minutes walk to heaeundae beach, easy to access bus, subway, and shopping area! Room is big enough for 2 people. But bathroom is a bit small. Staffs are helpful and the room is very clean. RECOMMEND!!

Hotel is nearby the main road. Although the hotel is far from subway station , it’s easy to reach beach and bus station . The service was good that front office and engineer helped and take care every details about we misunderstood the way to use hairdryer.

The check-in and check-out times are ridiculous. No reason a hotel should have a 4 hour turnaround on rooms. However, the room itself was comfortable and the beds are really great. I've stayed there before and I'll stay again.

Very good location right in front of Haeundae beach. The breakfast buffet was very good for the price. The room was what I expected. Nevertheless it's a budget hotel and it should be cheaper than the Ibis Ambassador (which provided the same price at that time) because you don't have the same facilities. There isn't a bar nor a terrasse.

We stayed at both ocean view and city view rooms on 13th floor. Room comes with refrigerator, safe and comfortable bed.and pillows.Toilets and shower are separated .Room size is small but compact with one settee and table facing the mountain or ocean. This hotel is quite a distance to Haeundae Station or Dongbaek station (maybe 10-15 minutes walk) . Haeundae beach is nearby at walkable distance.Taxi fare from station costs 3,300krw. Buffet breakfast can be purchased at discounted price a day before @ 13,600 krw (else 16,000krw). Facilities provided include gym , sauna and washing machine. and dryer.Theres plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Theres no tour dept but if you need taxi ,transportations,the counter staff can help call one for you including jumbo taxis or minivan. Checkin time is after 3pm and check out at 11am.We were granted extended check out at 12pm upon request.Overall our stay was good.I would recommend family stay or people on business trip to stay here.

Value for Money But Disappointing Staff”
Very nice location! The hotel is located very near Haeundae Beach (just across). You also get good facilities despite the very affordable price. We were just disappointed with the staff since they did not assist us in preparing a packed breakfast since we need to leave early and will not be able to wait for the breakfast opening time. Overall, I will still recommend the place.
