This hotel has everything you need before or after your flight, hot shower, comfy bed, and very good breakfast, the hotel is 2 mins walk from departure, arrival gates

Worst staff behaviour and poor hotel management”

I made 3-days booking from agoda one month before and paid my fee since I booked. When I arrived there, hotel staff mentioned that no room available and arranged us to go other hotel for one night and come back next day but they did not say sorry for their mistake of not arranging our room which I already done full payment. Next day, when I check-in the hotel, they again stated no room available, let us to stay in other hotel and paid the fee by ourself as they will not arrange for it (I concerned about they discriminate us - as I saw them had arranged rooms for British customers). I said we already make full payment one month before, why still not able to arrange a room for us. They said they can not arrange and mentioned that the hotel took your money but not him. I asked him"are you hotel staff? If yes, you have responsibility for it. If you can not make decision, call your manager!". But he said no manager (No manager at 18:00!!). If this is true, how poor that hotel management. I have spken with one lady seen to be more senior; her mannor is also very bad and treat us like her servant. Only after I mentioned I will sue you and hotel for cheating my money, they arrange one room for us. How bad hotel staff attitude and hotel management! The worst hotel service which I never met before. I definately will not stay again in this hotel. They treated their customer as their servant and not taking responsibility for their mistake. I concerned about how they trained their staff members. I met with hotel staff - Winston, Stopon and Leigha during that day.

Absolute joke”

Booked to stay here before catching flight early the following morning. Check in at 2 and we arrived about 7. No rooms ready as only one house keeper. Reception staff had to go and help out. By 8pm we gave up. No updates given and it was left to security to inform us in the first place. Over 10 families still waiting for a room, some with young children. Went to Novotel next door. Staff were fantastic and we got a room. It’s worth paying that but extra. Will never book Ibis again

Look out from the airports main entrance and to can see the hotel across the car park.

Very basic”

Basic accommodation, but served its purpose as a bed was required due to a late flight from our holiday. Very clean and tidy, the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good.

not worth the money”

Cons: a 2 star hotel charging 132 pounds per night and the following night it was down to 47 pounds. That is a rip off and that is without breakfast. Shall never frequent again. Pro: close to arr/dep, good bed and tidy room not a wardrobe in sight and toilet like a broom cupboard but still not worth the price I paid

Wheelchair User”

I would only recommend this hotel for a one night stay, the doors for a wheelchair user have over heavy heavy door closures making it difficult to enter an exit. The accessible shower facility has a curtain which when pulled around to stop water splash is too close to the wall giving little room and certainly brought my attention due to close of proximity to the tiles, the long hairs stuck to the tiles. Evening meals were about average pub meals with Airport, NEC prices. I went down to breakfast very shaky on two walking sticks to save struggling with wheelchair through room doors, I asked to be seated as near to self service breakfast bar as possible and said I would need help, a table was cleared leaving it smeary wet, the help never arrived. I left the restaurant and headed to the first floor complimentary tea coffee room. From floor one I headed for floor seven, the lift took 5 mins to arrive, it was being heavily used by hotel cleaners and soiled linen trolleys. now out of spa

Excellent hotel for the airport at a great price”

Great hotel we stayed in a standard room ideal for are needs. The restaurant was very good we had a lovely evening meal. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station and 2 minutes to the airport, would recommend staying here and a great price

Not happy with Ibis Budget Birmingham ”

Hi I booked a room and stated that there would be three adults. There was no facility to book an extra bed. On arrival, my elderly father and party were expected to sleep in 2 bunk beds. The hotel wanted an extra £100+ to assist. Totally unacceptable I will never again use Ibis and would not recommend. I would appreciate to hear Agoda view on this as I have used them for years and this is the first time I feel let down

Perfect for Airport”

Love this place and stayed several times, I had a budget room but perfectly adequate. After all you don't do prolonged stays at an Airport. The bar/restaurant had a nice ambience and the staff very welcoming. Very short walk from the terminal and the railway station perfect for connectivity.

Right next to the airport so excellent if travelling, clean with helpful polite staff. Would be nice to have tea/ coffee making facilities in the room.

日本に帰る便が早朝6時発でしたので、このホテルに前泊しました。バーミンガム空港のターミナルまで歩いて5分で行けます。目の前です。見えています。しかし、本当に泊まるだけのホテルです。1階にレストランはあります。客室は、無駄なものが何もなく、病院に入院しているかのような印象です。あるいは学生寮のような雰囲気です。トイレもシャワーも、最低限の備品だけで、とにかく、出発前か到着後の1泊しか泊まらないんでしょうね、みんな。そんな感じです。

尽管位置还不错适合早班飞机，但是这个价格和提供的设施服务质量相差太远。不能满足基本入住需求。
