It's just right across the street of the train station, 3 minutes walk. Easy to get to the city center by tram in 15 minutes! Room was clean and you can borrow a dryer from the front desk.

The Ibis Budget is exactly what it says on the tin. The hotel is clean but basic in a superb location. Mattress was particularly hard (achy hips in the morning) but otherwise a comfortable stay. This was my second visit to this hotel, says it all. Staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Very conveniently located in front of the Gare St Jean for our 6am train. The area is not the cleanest, and you must make sure to enter the address for this specific hotel on google, as there are other Ibis in the area. Staff was friendly. Bathroom is tiny but everything was clean. No complaints. Just what we needed for a one-night stay.

Location is across from train station but need a tram ride to city center. Some reception staff are not very welcoming and rather do something else. There are times the staff are not in the desk - will need to 'knock' to get them to the desk!

Checked in then left immediately. Aircon wasn't working. The power was fluctuating in my room. The elevator takes forever on a 6 floor building. No wonder they are NON-REFUNDABLE. Don't fall into this trap. Left without getting any of my money back. And the front desk guy didn't seem surprised. I saw another guest leave immediately too.

Muy bien comunicado. ”
Los alrededores no son muy bonitos, pero está muy bien comunicado. Caminando llegas en cinco minutos a un supermercado, varios bares y restaurantes así como a la estación de trenes y buses. Como todos los Ibis, es pequeño pero cómodo y limpio. Bien organizado. El desayuno no lo recomiendo. Por el mismo precio puedes comer por los alrededores.

Sólo lo usamos para dormir. Camas cómodos, habitación limpia, excelente ubicación para moverse por la ciudad. El desayuno muy pobre. Por el mismo precio se puede comer por fuera. El personal que nos recibió por la noche genial, muy amable, y en español perfecto. Pero en la mañana la encargada del desayuno, mucho que desear. De volver, volvería sin dudar.

Nous sommes arrivés sur Bordeaux en pleine canicule. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas depuis début juillet, nous l'avons appris ultérieurement. Personne ne nous a prévenu à notre arrivée de cette panne. J'ai été obligé de redescendre à l'accueil pour demander les raisons de la forte chaleur des chambres. Une panne, cela ne se prévoit pas, j'en convient mais la moindre des choses est de prévenir le client avant la remise des clés, mettre à sa disposition un ventilateur etc...Bien sûr, pendant le WE du 15 août, mission impossible pour être relogé ailleurs. Nous avons été obligé de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes pour avoir un peu de courant d'air mais en supportant le bruit de la gare et de la ville,les odeurs...les nuits ont été très difficiles!! Je trouve inadmissible de ne pas le notifier sur le site internet car il est certain que je n'aurai jamais réservé une chambre dans cet établissement, sachant que notre séjour était d'une durée de trois jours. Je suis extrêmement déçue du manque de respect du client.

Prix très raisonnable surtout avec petit déjeuner inclus, ambiance chaleureuse, chambre très fonctionnelle, matelas très confortable. Dispositif de sécurité bien étudié, on y entre pas comme dans un moulin.
