The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from Osaka Station. On days that you don’t have to lug your luggage around, the distance would be fine. There is a close subway station and a convenient store beside the hotel which is a plus. However, I have seen cleaner hotels than this one. The trash can was not emptied even when we requested for a room cleaning. Bedsheets were not straightened out properly. If you are not privy to this then it would be fine

Easily walkable from the JR stations and metro if travelling light. However, would recommend taking a taxi if you are heading there with a large luggage / in the rain as the walk there is mostly unsheltered along a narrow and busy street. Helpful and nice staff.

We like the very helpful and polite counter reception staff, room cleaning staff and lobby cleaning staff. All treated us with care and love. The management must have trained them well.

Good location you get what you pay for. ”

A good stay in a good location. Very clean and efficient check in and check out process. The rooms are small but this is normal for Japan. It’s a good budget option.
