Wonderful Staff”
I had a stayed there with my sister for 1 night. The 2 receptionists staff we met from the Day (a lovely man) and night staff (a lovely woman) were more than wonderful! I can't recall their name but it was from 25/04/22 to 26/04/22. Make sure you let them know and give them a bonus. Je suis resté là-bas avec ma sœur pour 1 nuit. Les réceptionnistes (celui du jour et celle de la nuit) étaient juste parfait, d'une gentillesse démesurée). Ils méritent un bonus, remerciez les de nôtre part (25/04/22 au 26/04/22). Je ne me rappel plus de leur noms... désolée. Merci pour tout!

Nice budget hotel”
It located near the subway but I stayed there when there was a strike and the closest subway was closed. I need to go travel by bus or tram instead. The facility is as standard as budget hotel. It’s good for staying there.

Paid 2 Rooms, they only had 1, no refund”
I reserved 2 rooms, when I got there they only had 1 and the hotel was fully booked, they charged me for that reservation that I didn't use and we had to accommodate 5 personas in a small room of 3. Helpdesk was not helpful at all. At least they have to reimburse that room that was not available because of their reservations mess.

Simple hotel, nothing special ”
Simple hotel. Room was clean. About a 10 minutes walk to the closest metro and takes about 45 minutes to get into the center of Paris. It’s a good hotel if you are on a budget traveling in Paris. Not too far from the sites and cheaper then most hotels.

Clean and Value for Money”
Value for money. The room is clean. Breakfast is OK. Location is quite far from the train station, around 15 minutes. They have to fix the staircase going to their location via Campanile Hotel to have a ramp so that I won't need to lift my luggages for 20-30 steps. I hope their toilet could have a bidet. Nice that the toilet and shower is separated.

Reasonable hotel if you don’t mind the quality”
(+) •fair enough location; the hotel location is out of Paris , 30-40mins by train and also 10mins walking from the closest station. •fair enough facility; I needed to wait for warm water to take a shower for 5mins. They didn’t give me extra blanket and bed sheet. They do bed making every day and for changing sheets only every 3 night. Even tho it was cozy room and clean enough for me, considering good cost benefit. •fairly enough service; I cannot say it was 5 stars service, but enough caring about guests. (-) •No hair drier in the room. You need to leave your passport in the reception or give 10 euro deposit to rend the hair drier.

Aucun changement de draps ni de serviettes au bout de 3 jours, faute de Covid. Aucune information à mon arrivée sur ces mesures. Par contre l'encaissement de mon séjour a été fait immédiatement par le réceptionniste. Aucune info sur le site de réservation pour ces mesures. Mais en fait, vous vous moquez bien des gens finalement
