Room and bed are too too small. Air cond not working at all”

The photo on agoda shows it is twin bed and when we arrive the receptionist said, we booked for double. After i show her the photo, she agree to make the double bed into twin. Ok When we entered the room, it is very small and the most important is the bed, it is extremely small and i almost fell of the bed several times. Another big problem is the air condition didn't work at all. AT ALL. Need to open the window to get the cool air in. Terrible experience in this hotel. I hope IBIS will take note on the bed and air condition.

Had 2 rooms on journey out and 2 on return. Staff helpful rooms in spotless order but beware no chef at weekends for evening meals. Breakfast good.

Worth a visit to this hotel”

Although the breakfast was very good the equipment to cook the eggs and toast was extremely limited, there was 1 toaster 4 slice and 1 machine for 6 boiled eggs for about 70 people. Also experienced people that stole eggs that we were cooking.

Abdel a transformé mon court séjour. Je suis arrivé avec un sourire crispé mais dès que moi et ma compagne nous avons parlé de nos soucis par rapport à la chambre. Il nous a déplacé dans une meilleure chambre, plus jolie grâce à sa touche perso et confirma à ce que nous recherchions. Merci pour tout on reviendra te voir!

Останавливались с подругой на одну ночь в мае 2018 г. Номер очень маленький,недалеко от вокзала,но далеко от единственного работающего вечером/ночью ресторана (минут 15 пешком). Лучше выбрать гостиницу рядом с центром,а не с вокзалом. Ночью может быть опасно,улицы в городе малоосвещенные. На 1 ночь можно,хороший завтрак!
