Pros: Located in the centre of the town. Walking distance to famous Jonker Walk, Little India and River Cruise. Huge parking lot for hotel guests. Nice pool and gym available. Staffs are friendly and informative. Excellent cleanliness. Cons: Rooms a little bit small. Breakfast buffets are little bit limited in terms of choices.

I had a great stay at Ibis. Initially there were some confusion about the rooms I booked but it was sorted out very quickly by the experienced and friendly counter hotel staff. The rooms are big.. bigger than I expected. Rooms are very clean. Wi-fi is excellent, do take note phone reception can be quite low in rooms. If you're planning to explore the place do it by walking. Due to the dates I've booked it's holiday season so the jams can be a real pain to navigate through the roads. Honestly though, Ibis hotel has been nothing but excellent. I definitely will book a hotel stay here should I drop by Melaka again. 5/5 in summary.

One of the best hotels in Malacca.”
Stayed here for one night with an infant and my parents (separate room). Everything was great. However, the breakfast spread could have been better. My parents had the breakfast and the dim sum was stale, the fried noodles were not fresh and other were just so so. Improve on that would be great.

ibis Melaka surprise me ”
We are actually visiting relatives in Melaka, all we need is just a good place to rest. But we were surprised at the convenience of parking, location is prefect, close to Christ Church, jonker street and many tourist spots. We dont plan for places visit but because of it is just 5 min walk to these places, we visited a few in this trip. Last but not least, my main intention for this booking has fulfilled, I have a good rest, the bed is so comfortable.

If you want to have a vacation in Malacca, Ibis Hotel is the best hotel to stay! The location is very strategic. At night, we just walk to Jonker Street and it reallyyyyyy save our time in traffic. The parking behind hotel is spacious and there are staff who monitor the parking area. We room also clean and comfortable, just hoping that they provide smart TV instead of the old one. Other than that, i give 5 stars ✨✨✨✨✨

Good hotel in a good location”
Really no complaints. Clean and comfortable, with a nice little kiddie pool which the little girl loved. Great location, walking distance to Stadhuys, St. Paul’s Hill, A’Fomosa, Flor de La Mar, Jonker Walk and Little India. We didn’t need to drive anywhere and got our steps in instead. Also didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Good value.

This is the 2nd time I am staying at this hotel and it hasn't disappointed me. I like the location as it is smack in Little India and a short walk to Jonker Street. The facilities are clean and the room is comfortable. This is the only hotel that I have stayed in many countries that provides a bolster. Makes my sleep ever more comfortable.

WORTH THE PRICE !”
The good things : Location is perfect just a 5-min walk to Jonker Street. Ample open car park lots just behind the hotel. Room and bathroom are spacious enough to move around with ease. Buffet breakfast menu is sufficient enough to start your day. Very cheerful and helpful staff. The bad things : Air-conditioning blower is not strong enough . Room sound proof is weak.

My kids love the pool and the slide! Tiptop service by the staff, friendly, clean room and easy to park (big parking lot). I booked 2 single beds and fit 4 people (2adult & 2kids). No charges. I will come back to stay here again 😊

I would say one of the best hotels that I have stayed so far. Ample parking space with competent security guards. They even called to my room to inform that my car cabin light was on. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is always clean. The facilities are good. Nearby many eateries and jonker street 10 mins walk. Keep it up IBIS Melaka!

There was a small incident during our stay. Although was informed that TNB will cut off the electricity for technical checking at mignight from 1-5am during our check in. End up we still chose to stay and luckily TNB had settled down the checking within 30 mins. Just wondering why this hotel without pre-emergency power supply for each room. Anyway, the overall stay still comfortable and nice. Parking area is huge and just right back of the hotel. The hotel location is close to the main attractions of Malacca. The room is clean and with minimal modern design. Will come back and stay again if we visit to Malacca next time!

I love the location exactly near the city center and there are parking slot available at the back of the hotel. Then i just can walk to all interesting places nearby. The room i stay quite small, and the view is not so Nice because my room barely opposite the residence flat so we must close the curtain at all time.
