Ok for the price”
3 travellers including one child. It was ok for the price. Most of staff were friendly but the man who dealt with us for checking in were fiddling with his phone, checking SNS. The room was clean but very hot and no air conditioning. It could have been better if the room had a fridge. Absolutely no amenities… but can’t complain for the price we had paid. 🙏

Sufficient amenities for the price and location”
Hotel room is adequately apportioned and beds are comfortable, with controls for heating or cooling. There is a bit of a distance to the main central station (about 10mins walk) but there are plenty of restaurants around The room does not come with coffee/tea service and no electric kettle or fridge so there are limited options for self-service except for availing their buffet breakfast or going down to the bar to request for cups, hot water etc. Overall a good stay; both check in and check out are seamless. And we were able to check in two hours before designated time as room is already available.

Reception was always very busy with guests. Air conditioning did not work during one of the nights we stayed. Stayed before and wont return.

The facilities overall is value for the money. But the water could be better, it swift between hot & cold water when you take a shower so not exactly pleasant. Some of the front desk staff are not too friendly.

It was okay”
This was our first stop for our honeymoon. The room was small but sufficient for the both of us. It was really just a normal hotel room but there was no fridge or kettle. Which was a bummer because we can't bring home any snacks or make any drinks. But overall stay, it was really comfortable.

nice value for money but the staff isn’t helpful at all”
Second time in this hotel but it seems that after the pandemic something bad happened. The beds aren’t comfortable and there is weak water flow in the shower. But the main issue is the reception staff, doesn’t nice and do not want to be helpful once you need them. We asked for a taxi and they sent us outside to catch on the street, even though they can order by themselves, the restaurant isn’t open 24H as they say so we ask for help in order food but they just told us we should do it in the application even that we are not local and don’t know how to use this app. We also wanted to buy some snacks in the machines (after the restaurant was closed and that we didn’t get any help with the food app) but they didn’t want to break the money for us so we cant do it, but for buying from them there was change. We came back to this hotel since the first time was great but now we won’t come back again and won’t recommend it.

Free Wi-Fi but no signal but the staff was helpful to give us another one. the guy wants to give us a room in the fifth floor and the lady said something and changed our room to the ground floor.

Location is very good, near the Porta Venezia Station. Staff is friendly. room is relatively small but clean.

Ive stayed in other Ibis hotels before. But this hotel is far from the major sites in milan. Rooms were tiny as Ibis standards, but also didnt feel clean. It was really a hotel only for sleeping

The room was dated and basic. Found it expensive £100 per night considering it was lacking facilities in the room. But the staff were friendly.

Location is not central, quite far from Doumo Di Milano or main attractions. Facilities are a bit old and not well maintenance. Staying in several IBIS around the world, but this time in Milan is not a great experience. Will try other hotel if coming back Milan.

Room has no bottle water which usually provided with this type of hotel. Not even kettle to boil our own water. Breakfast is normal. In between Milano Centrale and Duomo, both within walking distance
