Near to the North Point MTR station, very accessible as there is also a bus interchange nearby Neighbourhood mall just across the road, ferry terminal conveniently nearby to get to Kowloon side. Staff are relatively friendly and professional. Check-in and out is fast and check with the staff if the room is available early. Reception is on the 1st floor (not ground floor). Either take the lift or stairs up. There is a security guard on the ground floor. The room cleanliness is relative good, room is small though. Good for solo travellers who doesn't need much space. The bed is rather hard and it may cause some issues if the body is not used to it. There is a tv, wifi and air conditioning. The mini-bar is empty, they do not provide bottled water. There is a shop within a minute walk away from the main lobby which sells drinks rather cheaply. Doors will slam if not handled carefully. The noise proofing isn't the best, you can hear the doors closing in the middle of the night. Wifi is decent, there was a USB plug stuck to the wall socket which was working fine. The price of the stay is reasonably affordable as the other options around the area are quite expensive. There is a breakfast option available but its chargeable. Its reasonably priced but there are quite a variety of food options nearby. Overall, its a decent hotel to stay in if you are alright with a small room size to rest at night.

| Singapore | Solo travelerSince it was our honeymoon, we were assigned to a room with a fantastic view of the harbour, gave us welcome amenities with fruits and snacks and the buffet breakfast was awesome, literally the TASTIEST meal I've had in Hong Kong! Super delicious and great quality. All the staff from lobby to reception to the restaurant and housekeeping were all kind nice and helpful but Michelle from the reception was exceptionally outstanding, she's well versed with her job and knows exactly how to make the stay as memorable as possible. There were some minor issues with sound proofing because the room was small and connecting with each other but we do not have compalints, the room was cold, clean and the bed was okay. Overall, this will be our go to hotel in the future. Thank you iBis Hotel North Point, we will never forget our stay.

| Philippines | CoupleI had a good and comfortable stay in my 6-day trip to HKG. Room was good but needs upgrade. The aircon controls is still analog instead of the modern digital controls. As well as the “Please make up room” and “Do not Disturb” signs is still the basic instead of converting them into switches. As for the food, well it was good but maybe consider having a menu plan on each day. Because I kept having the same food each day and nothing’s changing. Consider a variety of cuisines. Overall, this hotel is good on value and location as it was only few meters away from North Point MTR station, and North Point Ferry Pier bus interchange.

| Philippines | Solo travelerI recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a great overall experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I checked in. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to restaurants and tourist spots. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would gladly come back!

| Philippines | CouplePerfect location if you want to stay near the victoria harbour and shops. There is a mall, factory outlet, and the train station nearby. Downside is the rooms are small and you can hear noises from the hallway. There was also a time where the mop used to clean our room had a smell. We smelled it after we got back from city tour. Other than these, it is good value for money

| Philippines | GroupI have been coming back and forth in Hong Kong and usually been staying within TST and Central as it is close to all tourist spots. The hotel's area was very nice, a mall right across the streets, with many restaurants options, local markets. We came really early around 8AM and were allowed to check-in early, the receptionist was very nice. we booked a room with city view but she puts us in a room with harbour view as per request (I think it depends if any room was available - we just got lucky that day). Staffs were really nice, requested extra pillow and they gave it to us. Downside: - Room a bit old but decent (but you get what you paid for of course) - Room does not have heater even the AC was turned off it's still cold inside the room - No complimentary water - Room is small but enough for two people's medium lugagge to fit in Overall I'd still recommend this hotel, if I come back I will stay here again!

| Philippines | Solo travelerReally great value for money. The staff were awesome, helpful and friendly not in the way some places kill you with smiles to compensate for awfulness elsewhere. The staff here were warm and genuinely kind. Room was clean and well equipped with a great view. Location is great for all manner of public transport and a quick hop to the airport bus terminal around the corner. Would definitely book again and highly recommend.

| Australia | Solo travelerThe room was smaller than expected. As was most stays in Hong Kong. But the room was clean with all the basic necessities. Daily cleaning is available. Check in process was smooth. Location is very convenient on the main road. All kinds of shops are just at a walkable distance. Overall highly recommended stay at Hong Kong.

| Philippines | Solo travelerThe hotel is located very close to metro, bus and many stores around the area for daily needs. The price was ok by Hongkong standards due to the pricey real estate. Room and bathroom was clean and conveniently had converter and coffee machine. The breakfast however was a bummer for us.

| United Arab Emirates | CoupleVery close to MTR Northpoint station, a lot of restaurants and grocery nearby. The room itself is a but compact but we were comfortable. We requested to be on the lower floor and staff were accommodating. Room is kept clean by housekeeping. Would definitely come back.

| Philippines | GroupOverall, this hotel is excellent. The hotel is located in a good location near Exit North Point MTR. The room is the cleanest. Reception staff, Eating room Staff, Housekeeper and Security staff are very friendly, Professional and helpful. Lastly, I recommend you all stay at this hotel.

| Thailand | Solo travelerHotel location is quite convenient because it is near the subway entrance and can be reached via the A12 Red Line bus from the airport. The bus stop is literally across the street from the hotel which is super nice as well. Nothing much around North Point area especially for night activities but because the hotel is so near the subway station, traveling is never an issue. There is available luggage storage by the check in counters for people who arrive early. Rooms are quite small tbh for 2 adults, almost no space for your luggage. Bathrooms are alright, nothing too special but nothing too bad either. Towels were a bit dirty on the first night since it had some black smudges on the edges but had them replaced the next day for clean ones. No free water in the rooms which is a bit odd, but there is a mini fridge to store your own drinks. Overall, would recommend the hotel for solo travelers and those on a budget.

| Philippines | GroupThe location is close to the MTR, but it is still considered a bit far from other places. The soundproofing isn’t very good. You can clearly hear people talking from the room. Despite the price being a bit higher because it’s Hong Kong, there is no bottled water or tea provided in the room, unlike other hotels. The facilities are very basic. Even in the bathroom, they only provide a 3-in-1 product (face wash, shampoo, and shower gel). At the washbasin, only bar soap is provided, not liquid soap. Overall, it is still acceptable. By the way, I am travelling with my siblings, and there is no option to select travelling with other family members here.
Sim
| Malaysia | Solo travelerThe room is small. With two 2.5' small bed. A small wall TV which one can watch it from the bed. A "small" triangle shower next to a toilet seat. The fan control if the central aircon doesnt work n was given extra blankets. I was given a much bigger room after i asked for a bigger shower place for my disable husband. Dont know they got a special room for disabled. Room is much bigger but no place to put the electric water kettle that i have to put on the floor until the ass. Manger brought me a chair after I complainted. The shower place is much bigger but water run all over the toilet after each shower. We have to dry it up after every use. Since there are two water drainage on the floor of the toilet. Terrible smell comes out from them which we have to put the wet towel over them but doesn't help much. Since its a room with door connected to next one sound proof was bad . We can heard the TV n talking sound from next room. No Curtain stick installed at the edge if the curtain n i have to climbed up the chair to close them at night. Curtain not big enough to cover the light from side of the window. The staffs are very friendly but dont get things right at the first time. Location is good. Very near to MTR. Dont have to walk much before getting the train. Near to supermarket and food.

| Canada | CoupleThis is my forth time staying in this hotel at North Point for a solo short trip to HK. I like this hotel as it is just beside the North Point MRT and right in the middle of a traditional district where you can find good affordable local food as well as just minutes away from the main shopping areas in Taikoo or Causeway Bay. Although it is kind of a no-frill hotel with small room size and minimum amenities, it lives up to the high standard of the Accord group of hotels in terms of cleanliness and service level.
Tian
| Singapore | Solo travelerRoom size consider ok for 2 adults. Able to put 2 huge luggage on floor. Toilet is clean and they do room service on daily basis. Super great location as North Harbour shopping mall is opposite the hotel and North Point MTR station exit A1 is next to the hotel building. We found many local restaurants and cafe within the vicinity. Local market also within walking distance. North Point bus terminal is about 150m away from the hotel. Tourist may take bus A11 and A12 from/to HKIA. Very convenient

| Malaysia | GroupIt's very good location. Airport to hotel Bus A12 drop in front of hotel. Train station is 2 doors away. I think Room are small but it's must be around Hongkong for all hotels. Breakfast here is not good and not a good buffet like we have been to around the world Ibis. Worst breakfast ever we received. Waste of Money.
BALRAJ
| New Zealand | Family with teensEasy access from Hong Kong Airpot via bus A11 just right in front of the hotel. Room is comfort with cool aircon ( a bit noisy and uncontrollable ) Breakfast is good with varieties. Good choice for family and group traveling with budget.

| Thailand | GroupThe hotel room was small, but considering it's Hongkong, the place was big enough for the price we paid. Hotel has literally no facility at all, just a basic room, a restaurant that served very limited hour. Hardly any staff apart from a cleaning lady who was very courteous and friendly. The location is awesome - north point metro hardly ten steps, and in surrounding areas you can find cafes and restaurants and even a 24 hours McDonald's.
