        No WiFi
        Stayed many times, and always ok. WiFi was up and down, and could not connect at all. I rang reception at 10pm to report that no connection since late afternoon only to be told engineer would be back in the morning, so no WiFi. There are 150 rooms with most probably the same problem, figure out how many were trying to connect with no luck and very disappointed. In the morning still not working, and they call me and want to send me a fruit basket!!! Not sure how fruit is going to help me to connect! On check out I ask to speak to manager but is not yet in.! Never called me, hopeless service. In 2017 you expect WiFi to be working in your hotel 24/7, if not many other hotels will provide good Connection.

        price is too high and i dont prefer this hotel
        they are not even ready to allow for early check-in, just for few hours they charge total amount, breakfast also not good.

        The staff at the counter are not customer friendly except one individual. they are not even guiding the guests to their rooms. work mechanically like working in Government office as if we have no other option other than staying only in this hotel in the entire Pattaya.

        It is good value for money, but however much you tell staff on each visit, nothing changes. WiFi is unreliable, and the one thing hotels F&B staff do not seem to understand is you need boiling water for tea, the “hot” water at breakfast is on each of many visits always lukewarm. It becomes tedious to have to repeat myself to the staff on each visit.

        same as all ibis; small room .especially if you are tall and huge person , its really hard to take shower :) shower room for short and tiny people not for me ;) staff are so lovely and helpful. i forgot the name but in recepsion with glasses lady so kind, helpful and smile face, thanx to her for being helpful. in room have safety box, tv, fridge but in bathroom no toothbrush and paste. this minus point for ibis from me, for swimmong pool
