Hotel is very close to the metro station de Blaak. Also the city centrum all in walking distance. Staff are very friendly and eager to help. Rooms are large enough and clean. Will be back.

This hotel is the top notch budget hotel. The location is near to the Blaak Tram Service, Marthal Market, and also the cuty centre. The scenery is dope as its near to the canal and port area. Muslim food is also easy to access. The latte serve here is so good and all around i enjoy my stay here

I was staying one night and was quite satisfied with the service, also upon having problems with connecting to the internet, Suzanne was so helpful and kind! Also girls from reception have great sense of humour and were also professional. Everything is close from here and also access to the hotel is very easy. It’s very convenient located as just a short walk from Train station . Have stayed with Ibis hotels for many occasions and surprise that this one is not as well maintained .. probably need a Reno soon , carpet is quite dirty ,torn and sink could not drain well .. however the beddings are clean and comfortable . Staff is excellent .. friendly and welcoming welcoming .

Since its Ibis I was expecting cheap and clean, which it was. Location is OK. Its around 8 mins walking to nearest tram and metro station. Staff were OK. Unfortunately seemed a bit careless, not motivated which is a mood than can spread sadly. Polite though. Disadvantage= They told me upon check in there was a room on a lower floor and upper floor available and that upper floor was colder. I wasn't sure what exactly that meant. When I asked if possible to see both rooms and then decide the declined. Is that hotel service? After I chose the upper room I froze in my room before the heater decided to start working thankfully. Overall everything was OK.

The Ibis city centre was in a great central location, close to all facilities. It was a cashless hotel which doesn’t suit everyone, especially for small expenses, the rooms were very small but very clean, towels small and aren’t changed daily, however the beds were made.

Adequate Stay at a Great Location”
Pros: the location was excellent—in the heart of city centre. You're about a five minute walk from Market Hall, the Cube Houses, and most other attractions. Cons: The rooms were not that clean, and lacked certain amenities, such as: tissue box, mugs/cups, a fridge (!!!), and there was only one garbage can. Some of the staff were wonderful, while others seemed to view guests more as a nuisance.
