My flight was canceled last minute so I booked this hotel because it had a free shuttle and was close to the airport. The room was nice and clean and quiet. However, I had some problems with transport and staff. First, upon check in as a solo female traveler I asked the front desk clerk not to say my room number out loud. She did anyways. It made me uncomfortable for all to hear my room number. Then I took a nap. I woke up late at night around 12 am and went down to buy a bottle of water. I was told by the overnight desk clerk that they had no bottled water at all since the fridge downstairs as broken. He said I can drink out of the tap or get a cup of water from the bar. I found it strange that there wasn’t even any room temperature bottles of water available. I did not come to a hotel to drink water out of the bathroom sink or have to come down every time I felt thirsty to get one cup of water. I later found out ,upon checking out, that the bottle water was available. Lastly, the shuttle is always behind even when it’s on time. When there was no bottled water available I took the shuttle back to the airport at 12 am at night to buy water and food. The shuttle was late picking us up from the airport and there was a break taken at the main Ibis hotel delaying my arrival back to Styles. In the morning I almost missed my flight as the driver went out and was having a conversation for several minutes making an on time departure from Styles late. They also didn’t tell us that in the day time the route is backwards. I had to wait on the bus while we went to Ibis and and Ibis budget hotel when I thought we would go to the airport after pick up as we did the night before. Had I known the shuttle would pick Styles up first I would have planned to take an earlier shuttle. Thankfully I was able to run through the airport to make my flight. If these issues are fixed I think this can be a great hotel experience for the guest. Thank you.
I had a fantastic stay at the ibis hotel. The hotel is just a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is very convenient, especially with available transfers to and from the airport so you can go to the city center. The cleanliness of the room and the overall property really stood out to me; I always prioritize hotels that are well-maintained over larger ones. While the hotel offers most of the amenities you might need, I prefer to bring my own necessities, so that wasn't an issue for me. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth the money, and the friendly, accommodating staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Just a tip: remember to bring your own food and water!
This hotel is around 25 minutes by the shuttle service provided by the hotel however the shuttle timing is not always reliable and not all the shuttles stop at the Ibis Styles. The shuttle service should be run every 20 minutes rather than around every 40 minutes as the buses become too full. The hotel itself is clean but the beds / pillows are bit uncomfortable. Also there is no tea / coffee facility in the rooms although there is a self serviced machine available at a charge other than for breakfast time when it is free. So unless you are paying around 80 euros per day for your stay, it is not good value.
The hotel is clean, with private bathroom in the room. The environment is quiet and cosy but it is very far from the airport and there's nothing to see or eat near the hotel. Luckily they provide free shuttle services to the airport which is very convenient for us.

My stay at ibis Amsterdam Airport was excellent! The hotel made traveling so much easier with its convenient location and free shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle was punctual and well organized, which took away all the stress of getting to my flight. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Despite being close to the airport, it was quiet, and I had a great night’s sleep in the cozy bed. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was perfect for catching up on work. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options, and I loved the early start times for travelers with morning flights. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. For anyone needing a smooth airport stay with comfort and efficiency, ibis Amsterdam Airport is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip through Amsterdam!
