Small but enough”

It was a small room, but just enough to feel accommodated. If you are spending a lot of time in your room IN BORDEAUX???! then you are doing it wrong. Go outside and see what a beautiful city this is. For the amount of time you SHOULD spend in your hotel room, this is awesome enough. Breakfast is very simple. Just the general French style of croissants and cold meats/cheese, cereals, fruits and boiled eggs. It is right next to Gare St Jean so very convenient to get in and out of Bordeaux. The trams are right outside too. They were undergoing a bit of renovation so it looked a bit dingey, but hopefully once this is done, it will look great.

We have requested a quiet room on high floor and actually our room is on the 2nd floor(3 -floors altogether) facing back side with a small piece of grassland. Quiet though, hope that there could be a mosquito screen on the window because there was no air conditioning on our stay but temp reached 27 in daytime that we had to open the window for air circulation and therefore became prey for the mosquitoes. My husband got the bites and couldn’t sleep well for the few nights. Mind you b & b style that you need to bring all daily necessities and small devices at your own convenience. Breakfast is simple but got all you need for the start of a day. I like the coffee machine with all choices, incl chocolate and the fresh orange juice extracting machine! Excellent for us travelling to St Emillion, Arcachon, to and from Paris Montparnasses by train and by tram throughout town area and scenic spots.

This is an overall good hotel. However, the decor and day staff lack warmth. I found it all a little pretentious and disappointing.

Very convenient location for people travel by train. However, the disadvantage of the hotel is also that it is too close to station. The street behind are red light district and a lot of bars nearby. Personal safety is a concern if go out side at night. Room is a bit too dark and not so clean. Location of parking place is very difficult to find and far away from the hotel

The place is close proximity to the train station as well as the bus station to the airport. The room are not that big. Good variety of choices for the breakfast.

Not Accor standard”

Ibis is the budget brand of Accor yet this hotel does not make even that grade. Dirty and uninviting entrance. Inside just looks like a 1 star place then the room is extremely basic. Mouldy bathroom and AC that does not work well. Staff are good. Get us out of here!

Close to the Bordeaux station, free breakfast with the basic items. Good value for the money, but the room design and hygiene can be improved.

Really enjoyed our stay at Ibis style, staff very friendly, room cleaned and fresh towels daily. Breakfast a lot better than expected 👍🏼 Would recommend .

Está prácticamente al lado de la estación de tren,dejamos el coche en el parking desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos (2 noches = 34 €) creo que fué la mejor opción. Se puede llegar al centro en 15 minutos dando un paseo por la orilla del río. La chica de recepción nos atendió amablemente y nos aconsejó por donde empezar en el mapa. Los desayunos muy bien. En nuestra habitación se escuchaba pasar el tranvía pero entre el cansancio del dia y que a la noche (creo que) no pasaba no supuso un problema. Por la relación calidad-precio para una ciudad como Burdeos lo recomiendo.

Le personnel était très accueillant à notre arrivée. Très pratique le parking gardé payant. Juste à côté de la gare et pas loin du centre. Très bien quand on a un train tôt. La chambre est fonctionnelle et acidulée. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et j'aime bien la touche région avec le descriptif du gâteau basque. Mon mari avait un train à prendre à 6h et à 5h son petit-déjeuner était prêt. On reviendra avec notre fils car il y a pleins de jeux pour les enfants. Le petit bar et snack en bas est un espace convivial. Wifi partout c'est indispensable. Sympa le panneau: partager vos bons plans et aussi la petite biblio.

séjour court, mais bon. petit déjeuner copieux et equilibré, trés pratique pour les léves tard. une nuit agréable, dans l'ensemble, mais dérangée au petit matin par des personnes qui n'ont pas respectées le silence et le sommeil des autres. a revoir

Ibis Low Budget !”

Lustloses Personal an der Rezeption. Sehr kleine Zimmer mit nur sehr wenig Ablagefläche. Frühtsück war in qualitativer und quantitativer Hinsicht enttäuschend. Bad : Handtücher so dünn, das man fast durchsehen konnte. Toilettenpapier von schlechtester Qualität. Das War kein Ibis Style, sondern einfachtes Ibis LOW Budget.
