Excellent location, nice breakfast, tiny room, large bed”
So near to Earls Court Tube station (within 5 min walk). Easy access from tube to ground floor which makes you no hassle to travel with your large luggage. The breakfast was more then continental and food types were more then enough. Though room was tiny but bed was huge (if you lived in a Japan hotel semi-bed you will know what I mean). Staff was friendly and polite. Lift provided within hotel (with a few steps at front door though). Free luggage storage before and after check-in/out on the same day. Some room is accessible by stairs only, be sure to talk to the staff.

Perfect for Me”
The location is a perfect one ; fit for me as I wanted it. The staff are nice and polite., comfortable around the apartment. Not too spacious and not too small; everything you can think of in-between. The part I do not appreciate is non-granting of discount on number of night stayed or on extension of stay.

Excellent”
Very good for my purposes. I would rather have bars of soap than those dreadful dispensers but I understand why you use this system. If anything the water could have been a little hotter but I used it at 'peak' time. Breakfast perfectly adequate. On the whole I liked the short stay and would certainly come back and recommend you to my friends.

Compact and convenient”
Ibis styles is located in one of the lovely old white buildings that have now been turned into hotels. The rooms are small but clean and are perfectly suited to a weekend in London. The location is handy for the tube and there are plenty of eateries nearby. The staff were young and friendly and let us store our luggage until check in time of 3pm.

Room compact but clean. Could do with a little attention. Staff efficient, plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Room only serviced every three days because of Covid but this didn't really bother me.

Acceptable”
Location is great but the room quality is very bad. Firstly, the room is not levelled. The bed and table are slanted due to the uneven ground. Second, sheets has some stains and there was absolutely no housekeeping provided throughout the 5 nights we stayed there even though we did requested for it. We were told that housekeeping is very busy each time we requested for the room to be cleaned or just a simple replacement of trash bags! Fridge was also dirty and we had to wipe it down before we put our drinks in.

The room is too small and bad sheet, pillow cover and bathroom is too dirty. The shower room is too small and water is'not drain as well. Best fast room too small isn't enough for customer, too busy.

Good location, nice modern hotel”
Hotel was very modern and pleasant! although not one of the largest hotels, it was a good size and our room (semi-basement) was very spacious. we also had a window (half basement/half street) The breakfast had cereals, bread, and fruit, however no english breakfast! it was served at an extra charge. The rooms were kept clean, however who was on cleaning schedule during our stay threw away our door-sign to clean our room after the 1st time, and the 2nd day threw away my personal showercap. (had to ask at the reception if they had one, and apparently they had even though we werent offered any in our room in the first place) location was excellent as 10/15 mins from victoria station, and 5 mins from Earls court station. Its also in a lovely part of London as surrounding houses/shops/restaurants were some of the best we had seen. overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would consider booking again.

Great location with impressive staff”
Nice staff with service minded. The room is so comfort. The hotel is very near to the underground station where it is surrounded by many convenience stores, restaurants and various shops. I won't hesitate to choose this hotel in one of my top list to stay when I come back to London again..

OK in a sea of mediocrity”
On arrival the receptionist allocated a tiny single bedded room , next to the lift shaft, which was unacceptable as I had requested a quiet room (being next to a lift with its dings, whirring & conversations of guests is far from a quiet location). My key beef was room size. Agoda stated my room size would be 25sqm. I was offered a room that might have been 8-10sqm. I complained and was moved to a slightly larger room still be a lift however. I tried to live with it, but at 2200 I called reception to complain about the constant (and completely unnecessary) ding-ding bell sound as the lift stopped on the floor. I was moved for the third time, this time to a room which was not far off the supposed 25sqm, with a double bed. Whilst still being a squeeze around the bed, and lacking a work desk, it was adequate for my basic needs. The hotel offers a free (in my case anyway) breakfast buffet of reasonably good quality and scope, enough to satisfy most people I should think. There was a cooked option available for a small charge. Finally, but a significant irritant - as of mid-Nov 2015 there is no usable wifi in the hotel. Staff tell you the login details, but when pressed admit that wifi is simply not working. Apparently they have ordered a fibre line but there is no time-line. So unless you have a 3G bundle, there is NO wifi available. If this is a deal-breaker, call the hotel and ask them to guarantee they will have a working connection. (OTOH, for UK residents, 3-4G bundles are cheap enough not to worry e.g. EE 1gig £7 for 30 days)

Definition of a family room for 4 between Ibis and Agoda differs to give us a bad night”
We booked a family room for 4 through Agoda. We turned up at the hotel after a day in London, reception confirmed we’d booked a family room. When we got to the room, we found a double bed and a single chair bed, which had no bedding. After two phone calls to reception, they blamed Agoda for the mix up and we got some bedding for the chair bed, as there were no other rooms in the hotel. I slept on the chair bed and my wife and two kids in the double. It was really a shame as the hotel is very nice and we had a good breakfast. Please be careful if you book a family room with either of these two!

Because it is not located downtown, you can most of the time find affordable (for london) room available. Breakfast was included. The bed is a Ibis standart and is pretty confortable.

Excellent hotel with great location ”
Excellent hotel, great location, great wi-fi, great service, only very very small rooms, but this actually doesn't matter because we were out entire day and only came back to sleep and take a shower. I will come back!
