Great place, great staff”
I had a great stay at Ibis Styles Malang. The room was clean, and compact with separate shower and toilette, the bed was very comfy and there were pillow booster which was a bonus that other hotel never had. I asked the staff the room where I can see the clear view of the mountain , and it was superb. The staff were great and helpful from the moment of check-in in and out. The breakfast were adequate and delicious, and had good selection. I will return for sure. Thank you for your hospitality Ibis Styles Malang

Great stay in Malang ”
The hotel is great and the staff are lovely, they booked us our Bromo trip with no problems and we really enjoyed it. The room is very nice and comfy. The pool looks clean and modern with the gym next to it. The breakfast has a great selection, some of the food could’ve been warmer but overall it was good.

The hotel location is in the city centre where you can find some restaurants nearby, hot cuimie, pizzahut, chatime in a walking distance. The room is just enough, clean and comfort with separate shower and toilet. We like the semi outdoor pool since it is quite big and has children pool. The breakfast was free for children until 12 y.o which was great for family traveller like us.

We stayed only 1 night but our big family enjoyed our stay. The kids spent more than half of the day at the swimming pool.

Ibis Styles exceeded my expectation. Rooms were adequate and clean, shower pressure was great, bed is firm and comfortable. Staff was helpful and i managed to obtain early checkin while only paying very minimal amount, totally worth it!

Ibis Styles Malang is a great option to stay. It's clean, the staff is more then correct en speak good English. Breakfast can be better though, it's mostly according to Indonesian standard. The bed is being made every day, clean towels and fresh water. Fridge is working perfectly and WiFi is good. Tip: vacuuming the rooms daily would be nice, especially for longer stays. We booked for 2 night and ended up with 5!

We booked for 2 rooms. The bed floor with carpet. Firat day checked in I went to the room so bad smell. Then I asked to vacuum and clean up the room. The desk have some ants. My room was 616. The hotel near to pizza hutz, depot djangkrik (Chinese food), and depot 51.

I really liked this hotel. The location was quite good, rooms were decent and maintained clean. The key attraction was the breakfast. Not only the staff followed proper Covid19 protocols but the breakfast spread was quite good and food items were quite tasty. This hotel is indeed value for money
