Good location
Good location for people visiting melbourne. Accommodating staff. Only thing is there is no available adaptor. We have gone to several stores to buy the adaptor. I suggest that they should at least provide one adaptor in every room so that guest won't spent time to buy this in the store

couldn't have done better
Apart from 3 things - a girl at the concierge desk who was unsure if the Skybus left from the coach terminal at the station; no Myki top up offered at the Concierge lounge; limited food (Thai) on offer at the restaurant - everything else was absolutely perfect. The housemaids were very polite and helpful as were the maintenance and other workers encountered in the lifts. The room was clean, the pillows exceedingly comfortable. The windows able to be opened up for fresh air. The centrality of the location and the quietness of the hotel - all what you could possibly wish for.

Good location
The hotel is located in the city center which is perfect for shopping and there are many restaurants nearby. It is located at walking distance from some attractions and the starting point from the hop on/hop off bus. The hotel is a bit dated but all is still working well. Reception is friendly and efficient. Rooms are good size with nice spacious bathrooms. Coffee/tea making facilities, safe, TV, hair dryer; everything is there. The gym is on the top floor which is fine but missing there is mineral water, a towel and there was nothing to clean the equipment after use. I did not use the bar and/or restaurant so can not comment on this but I was satisfied with my stay although it was not the best during my trip in Australia!
