Friendly staff at Ibis”
Ibis Styles NAPOLI has the best location and is near to the Train station where you can get almost everywhere to. The staff in Ibis NAPOLI are the best, always at hand to facilitate and assist in all our needs. This time around, I was travelling with a Uni-friend. The room is clean and spacious. So is the bathroom, except it has only one type of liquid soap for all uses. I would suggest that both the toilet sinks to be combined with a bidet/tap for more hygiene use.

It meet our needs. Would have been nice to have the twin beds separated by a nightstand instead of 2 inches. I would not have wanted to go out in the evening but felt safe inside the hotel. I always choose hotels close to transportation hubs.

Simple clean. But No A/C would not book in summer”
It was super close to the station which was convenient, but also meant that you could hear the trains until 2am. The room even shook a bit as they passed. Was advertised as having an A/C, but the room did not have one. In the summer it would be unbearable. In winter it's fine, but the moment it got warm it was not pleasant.

Above average”
Our room (we are an older couple who were staying at this hotel for a week) was very small. Trains passed by just outside the window…really, JUST outside the window!…frequently and noisily. The grout in the tile floor in the bathroom badly needed cleaning. Duvets are the style in Europe, I know….but in a warm room you really don’t want to sleep under a comforter sewn between two sheets! I could go on, but…..

This hotel is OK for 1x night in Naples as it’s close to the station to get out - which is what you will want to do after 24hrs. This hotel is not in a nice part of town - be careful if you are a solo traveller. It’s worth paying a little bit more and being closer to the centre I think. I don’t rate this hotel, even just for a short stop. Sorry :/

Ibis Styles Napoli Garibaldi is a good hotel near the central station and has all the requirements of a good hotel...good staff, stylish interiors, good breakfast, nice rooms, comfortable beds and great price.. Would recommend it definitely.

Clean hotel in quiet area near Napoli Centrale”
The hotel is a short 5-10 minute walk from Napoli Centrale and Piazza Garibaldi train stations and metro stations, enabling travelers to easily access the whole city (and for that matter, the whole country) very quickly from the hotel. The rooms have very modern interiors, are spacious with high ceilings, and have comfortable beds. Along with the really well-stocked breakfast bar in the mornings, we felt like we paid a good price for what we got. Staff were also nice and friendly. The area near the train station may be a bit noisy, dirty, and may be a bit gritty for some people, but the hotel is located in a quiet side street maybe a block from the train station, so we slept really well and did not experience any noise problems throughout the night.

Compact yet neat room.”
This hotel is located near the main Napoli Centrale Rail Station and Piazza Garibaldi. The room was compact yet neat and clean. There was complimentary internet connection through wi-fi for 12 hours (things may change as well, therefore don’t hesitate to ask the receptionist for the availability). It has small café and bar for breakfast (for 8,5 euros). However, if you can hold for late breakfast or brunch you can get decent local food at cheaper price at pizzerias and cafes near the hotel.

Bright and welcoming ”
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Ibis. We were wary of staying somewhere so near the station in a busy and very mixed area. As soon as we arrived the welcome from the staff and the bright and cheerful colours of the decor allayed our concerns. Our room was a good size and comfortable. We had access to tea and coffee in the reception area. WiFi access was good. Breakfast was served in a room a little like a primary school with its bright furniture and style. The buffet had a wide selection to suit the varied nationalities eating there. The hotel is ideal for the station to visit Vesuvius and Herculaneum.

Great Value Hotel”
Clean rooms in centrally located hotel,one of the best value stays we have had in Italy. Considered by some to be in a dodgy part of Naples but we did not find it so. 5mins from all transport both locally and nationally. Could not be bettered. Also great breakfast -very filling and free for children.

Comfortable and well-organized”
My friend and I stayed there for a night. We didn't have time to discover a lot about the hotel. The entrance was not on the main street, but it was not difficult to find. The staff there were friendly. We arrived there before noon, but we were offered a room. We then made a visit to Pompeii and Sorrento. On the way back to Napoli, a lady told us to be careful in the night train as her friend was robbed before. Luckily, nothing happened. Instead, we met a nice guy. We communicated through English and drawings. He taught us Italian and we taught him Chinese. It was a great fun. Don't miss Pompeii and Sorrento if you go to Napoli. And there are some exhibits of Pompeii in the museum in the town. I will spend more time in Napoli if I go there again.

Good location, Good Value, Close to buses train”
Very Enjoyable, hotel is close to Railway Station, Buses go to Ferry area where there are good restaurants and views of the sea and mountain, good to watch people get on and off ferrys,I think bus 151 which you catch in the square close by. The Square is great to watch con people setting up fake betting games. Atmosphere of hotel is great and good to experience the Naple people as they rip you off which ia all about Naples. Look out for scams but they are spotted easily. Good Hotel.

Met my expectations”
The hotel is near the Central Garibaldi railway station, so it is an easy connection from Rome. Breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, bacon.. one of few hotels with hot breakfast. Good spread of buns, cheese, fruits.

Great, highly recommended!”
We reserved a triple-room. Compare with other city in Italy, we use less money and get the best room, with three single bed, clean and tidy room. The breakfast is great. The receptionist is pretty and nice. And for three girls travel in Napoli, this hotel makes us feel save and comfortable.

Friendly & helpful staff”
Steps away from the main train station, Stazione Napoli Centrale. Located in the old part of the city. Probably the highlight of our stay here was the very friendly (and gorgeous) staffs who helped us with our itinerary. Good english too! PS: If you are going to stay here, try Da Donato dal 1956 Antica Trattoria e Pizzeria which is located just down the block. BEST PIZZA and pasta.

Great central location and friendly staff. We really only stayed in Naples to have pizza and visit the national museum, so one night was plenty. Staff were able to recommend restaurants for us and station is only 5 minute walk.

Excellent location for train stations”
This hotel was in an excellent location for 2 train stations. And across the square from Garibaldi station there is a bus stop for the Alle bus to the airport which costs 3 euro and takes approx 20mins. Much , much cheaper than taxi The room was basic but clean , comfortable and modern. Good selection of food for breakfast. Don't bother having a meal there though- everything is prepacked , and microwaved by Reception desk! Very good, reasonable restaurant nearby- Anticha Trattatoria. Come out of hotel and walk down via philipe
