Stayed for 5 nights. Excellent service from the staff. They offer luggage storage before check-in. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of food. The rooms and bathrooms are not very spacious but not too cramped either. Overall, it's good. Non-smoking rooms with windows that can be opened for ventilation. No loud noises between rooms and corridors, good sound insulation. The location is quite convenient, not very close to the station but not too far to walk. The hotel is about 400 meters from Nippombashi Station, a 5-7 minute walk, and about 750 meters from Namba Station, a 10-minute walk. However, it is very convenient for shopping and eating as it is close to Dotonbori. Just a short walk away. The price is okay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Although I couldn't reserve the room I wanted because I made a last-minute decision to travel, the staff kindly arranged for two rooms to be connected, which was convenient. There is a convenience store on the first floor and a duty-free drugstore on the second floor, so it was nice to be able to use them and then rest at the hotel without having to go outside. My child went to the convenience store several times a day. The staff were also friendly, and above all, it seemed to be the most convenient midpoint for using the subway to go anywhere in Osaka. The Kuromon Market and the Glico Sign Wonder Cruise were both 5-10 minutes away, making it the best condition for transportation. Oh! The Kinryu Ramen was also nearby, so it was great to eat on the way to the hotel. If I go again, I would definitely use it again without looking for another place.

I have doubts that this accommodation is not the cheapest, but it was worth the price. The location is very convenient to move to any place, including Namba, Dotonbori, and Orange Street, as it is in the center. You should be careful about this when you plan your trip, as the location always gives more than the little price. If you are willing to travel to Osaka, this is the right place for you. It is convenient, kind, and they even store your luggage for the last day. Well, I have seen almost everything in Osaka, so I am not sure if I will come back here, but if I do, I will choose this place without any hesitation.

My family and I recently stayed at Ibis Styles Osaka Namba for 10 days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Firstly, the hotel's location is excellent. Situated less than 3 minutes away from Dotonbori, 5 minutes from Shin Saibashi, and less than 10 minutes from Namba/Nipponbashi station, the convenience is unmatched. Additionally, having a 7/11 in the same building adds to the overall convenience. We booked four rooms for our family, and for the most part, our stay was enjoyable. However, there was a minor hiccup with my mother's room when it was not cleaned despite having the "clean room" sign displayed. Upon informing the Front Desk, they promptly addressed the issue by providing fresh towels and refreshments, showcasing their attentive and responsive service. They also provide extra pillows upon request. During our 10-day stay, one aspect that dampened our experience was the occasional inconvenience of getting stuck in the elevators or having to go on a round trip due to issues with the elevator access or sensor. This was a bit frustrating and impacted the overall efficiency of our movements within the hotel. On a positive note, we had the opportunity to make use of the complimentary Happy Hour for Accor members at Osaka Kitchen on the 15th floor. There was beer, soda, soup and other drinks avaialble from 5pm to 8:30 pm daily. This was a nice touch that added value to our experience. Additionally, the lobby offered complimentary coffee for members, along with convenient amenities like a microwave and a weighing scale for luggage, available for general use. Another noteworthy feature was the presence of laundry machines on the property, making it convenient for guests on extended stays. In conclusion, Ibis Styles Osaka Namba proved to be a convenient and comfortable choice for our 10-day stay, with the staff's responsiveness and the hotel's amenities contributing positively to our overall experience. However, improvements in elevator functionality would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

I chose to book in this hotel for my family since it is nearby to famous food and shopping spots. It did not disappoint since food and shopping options are amazingly abundant. The room is comfortable for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids 8 and 11 yo). At this price point, Japan hotels have similar space size so it's more than ok for us. Lobby and hotel areas are clean and smells good as well. There is a 7-11 store access in the hotel lobby so it's extra convenient to buy food, water, etc. We bought breakfast there, the sandwiches, onigiri, coffee etc are yummy and really good. We used Uber to go around Osaka rather than train since it was a lot faster and convenient. Pricey but saves you a lot of time and energy. However, the pick up point is a quick 5 min walk so it is ok when it's not raining. Overall this hotel is nice, comfortable and convenient for family tourists like us.
