Since we came in during the national strike, the staffs were really helpful, they helped us and guided us on how to avoid crowded places. They even told us about the disrupted trains. Basically they planned for our journey.

One Alternative Hotel for your next trip”
Hotel located at Landon Chateau Metro, so it's very easy to access many areas at Paris with cheap train ticket. To Eiffel Tower only € 1.90 per trip. We noticed many families with children stayed here, since hotel rate was very affordable. And there is laundry service opposite hotel, so no need to bring many clothing. Only no hair dryer here. Clean, nice simple breakfast, good location, small room is okay, and security around hotel is good.

Nice staffs, location very startegic, ”
Nice staff, very helpful, location very strategic, can not be better entrance to train station only less than 10 m to the hotel entrance, very close to two big train stations , Gare de L’est and Gare du Nord, both stations can be reached by foot within less than 15 minutes, size of the room , okay, breakfast good enough, if the hotel management can provide salads will be better ( like what we got in Ibis München)

A walk to remember...”
Less than 10 minutes walk from Gare du Noord station. The room that was given to me had the view of Gare de l'est station. The property itself is very near to the metro and Bus station. The room itself is pleasant and the size is just enough for a solo traveler like me. Though the exhaust in the bathroom is dusty and there are some molds in the edges of the tub. The room in general is fine if you will just spend the night and a few hours to rest in between your tours and itinerary during the day. I was here for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was busy and variety is limited. But overall, I will not mind staying here again in the future.

Hotel is old and very basic. Nothing fancy by any means. It was what we had expected. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was better than we anticipated. We had to wait for 2 hours for our rooms to be ready. This was 2 hours past the check in time. This was not ideal as we had been traveling since early morning and wanted to get into our rooms. I'm guessing they are short staffed. Staff were very kind and apologized.

Be aware @ the hotel lobby!”
This is our second time on this hotel, good service, location & value for money. However I had a bad experience my bag was stolen inside the hotel lobby. Am aware that Paris is one of the notorious place of pick pocketers specially in public places & tourists areas. But I didn’t expect that such incident will happened inside the Hotel Lobby. Hotel staffs & personnels should also be cautious of people coming in & out of their hotel which could be victimized their guest/s like me. Just be aware @ hotel lobby!

Great location and staff, not so great facilities”
While the location of hotel is right next to the metro and reception staff is very good and helpful. Had few issues with the water quality and worst part was wifii, which I couldn’t connect even once.

Air conditioner not functioning ”
We arrived in Paris on a hot day and the air conditioning just isn’t functioning as it should. Managed to change to another room but it doesn’t make a different. I will advise not using this hotel during summer.

The hotel is oke, breakfast is simple not much to choose from. Rooms aren’t the cleanest rooms ever. It’s a bit dirty but livable. The location is alright. It depends whether u can sleep through noise or not since there is a big trainstation nearby and the trains etc make a lot of noise. I personally don’t have difficulty sleeping, but if you do i dont recommend this hotel.

Basic, honest and clean hotel with excellent location”
The location is great if you're coming into Paris via Gare Du Nord on Eurostar or from the airport, just a 10 min walk. Gare De L'est is an even shorter walk. The Metro station is just beneath the hotel and in front of Gare De L'est, take Bus 30 that passes by Sacre Coeur, Arc De Tromphe and ends at Trocadero (Eiffel Tower). There are few restaurants close by, a Chinese takeaway, a Pizza shop and a supermarket. Breakfast is basic but good. Being next to Gare De L'est, you can hear the trains somewhat but it's not a big problem. One of the staff was not helpful when approached for recommendation on restaurants nearby but the rest were friendly. Other than that, it's an honest, no-frills hotel. I'd recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was located in Gare de L'est, not the safest area in Paris. However, the hotel was right beside the metro so we didn't have to walk too much at night outside on the streets. It was comfortable and clean and the washroom was nice. We would recommend this hotel and stay in this hotel again if we have the chance to come to Paris again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location next to entrance to metro and loads of buses at Gare de L'Est. Good and tasty breakfast. But...there is no even one TV channel in english...except this one it's really nice place to stay when you are in Paris :)

Comfortable, family friendly hotel ”
The hotel was close to Gare de Nord Eurostar station. It had a metro station next door but it was easy to walk to many Paris landmarks. The staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was a buffet, basic but good. The room was large enough, clean and modern.

My girlfriend and I travelled to Paris from Germany by City Night Line and ended up at Paris L'Est. From the station, we walked (with our backpacks) for less than 5 minutes to reach the hotel. It was easy to find and we were delighted that the hotel is situated right next to a metro station, which offered us ease of travel into central Paris. The staff were friendly and very polite. Checking in and out processes were fast and effortless. The room given to us was clean and spacious. Most importantly, there is free, fast wifi available which is not readily available elsewhere. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much.
