Convenient location”

i was just staying over for 1 night while waiting for transit from tgv to eurostar. i chose the location because it is close to gare du nord. the hotel room were simple and tidy.

Location, Friendly staff, confortable”

I had an excellent staff at this hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast, strategic location in front of Gare de L'Est

price = what you get”

I was alone to stay in this hotel for just 1 night for more shopping after my business trip. The location of the hotel is great as its just right in front of Gare de l'Est station. Restaurants everywhere ( also Quick and McDonald downstair of the hotel). Hotel entrance is old and only stairs, NO LIFT for you to arrive to the front desk, and the staff didn't help at all for the stairs even when they see you got the difficulty to bring the luggage and walk the stairs, so be prepared if you are carrying a lots. Inside the room is nice and clean, just the air conditioner didn't really work in my room. Breakfast room is small but tidy with simple breakfast.

Friendly staff. Good location”

Very near to Gare de Paris-Est train & metro station. Walking distance to Gare du Nord station as well. lots of nice food, supermarket nearby. The room is not too big but very clean. Breakfast was great and the staff was really helpful.

My stay was delightful and I wanted for nothing”

My stay at this hotel was more than expectations and I have no hesitation in recommending it. The rooms are small and compact but they are clean and comfortable. The large bed was extremely welcoming and provided a very restful night. Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I'll be staying here again during my next visit to Paris.

Fair ”

Becareful when walking from the Train Station to the hotel which proved futher than i thought from the hi Speed rail from london . Along the way to the hotel i was robbed by a romanian looking guys looking like Eden Hazard from Chelsea football club , i spent 3 hours in a french police station in june last year ... hotel is satisfactory - no lifts - if you have big luggage its a real drag , and the rooms are small . The gypsy lady begging outside the hotel changes kids everyday - one day boy , one day girl , one day ... you get the picture . Sorry about sharing my experience - but you have to be real careful in paris , its not the same like it was 10 years ago . The staff was reasonably helpful , the area was abit dodgy though . Not my best hotel choice .

Not bad, but could be better.”

We had an average experience here, the hotel location itself is not bad, near the Paris Est station, exactly what we want because we will go around by train, and also near Metro station. The breakfast was too minimum, not so much choices cause there are only breads, cheese, and meat. The breakfast could be better though.

Great Experience”

The hotel is very clean, its very near to the metro station, a lots of restaurant nearby. The receptionist is very helpful and kind. The room is a little bit small but it fixed to us as a couple, nice view and clean.

Great location but noisy”

Great location but noisy. Rooms are rather small and steps to lobby can be tedious for most people. If you are looking for just a budget stay and no problem with noise, this is the right choice. Personally, i wont be back again. For light sleeper, the noise level can be a problem. Rooms facing main road is unbearable.

Rude staff”

Staff was extremely rude about our reservation. He said we had too many people for the two rooms and that French law prevents more than two people in a room. We were traveling with two small children and my parents and we would've fit in the two rooms but he made us paid for a third room. We're obviously unaware of the French law and he could've communicated the same message in a polite manner but he chose to give us a lecture like we're 5 year olds. Will never stay there again.

Convenient”

Good location but insufficient breakfast every morning. Breakfast portion does not seem to be sufficient for the hotel guest and no refills once the food spread is finish.

Great place with great people”

I am really impressed with the friendliness as well as the professional and helpfulness from the receptionist. They are perfect!

シャトーランドンのホテル”

予約が入っていなかったらしく、シャトーランドンのほうに回された。 シャトーランドンはメトロ駅上で、東駅の近く、治安は問題なかった。 部屋は清潔、シャワーの出はまあまあ、小さな丸テーブルとベンチあり。 朝食は数種のパン、ハム、チーズ、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、ドリンク。 品数は少ないが、美味しかった。

일정 상 파리동역 바로 앞에 숙소를 잡았습니다. 방이 작고 냉장고도 없어서 놀랐지만 위치 좋고 깨끝해서 출장 차 잠시 머물기는 가성비 좋습니다. 조식도 만족합니다.

일정 상 파리동역 바로앞에 묶어야 했는데 위치적 편의성은 최고입니다. 다만 방이 작고 냉장고가 없는 등 부대시설/편의시설은 없습니다. 위생은 괜찮고 프론트 직원이 매우 친절했습니다

방이 너무 좁아요”

프론트 직원분은 친절한데 방이 너무 좁았어요 샤워 하고 나면 샤워부스 문이 이상하게 생겨서 그런지 온 욕실이 물바다가 되니 조심해서 씻어야 됩니다 조식은 깔끔하고 괜찮았어요

令人不快的酒店”

酒店服务员有点苛刻，酒店很小，房间很小，床很小，性价比不高，严重不推荐。
