Great hotel!”
Friendly staff & location
The credit goes to the lady at the reception during my check-in. Although the room was not ready when I reached the hotel in the morning, this lady really gave me a very good impression of the professionalism of her role. She explained clearly to me all the necessary stuff and always carry a nice smile. Room, bed & bathroom were clean. Breakfast was good. Location not far from 2 metro stations. Overall, my stay was great in this hotel.

Bad hospitality, unfriendly staff”
Breakfast
Very disappointed with the service of one of the staff, she was really unfriendly and arrogant. We had a very unpleasant 5d4n stay in this hotel. I stayed in Ibis Melbourne before and they made me feel welcome but not in this Ibis. The reasons was: 1. Our room was located on the ground floor and I requested to change to a higher floor after a sleepless night as the room is on the roadside,it was really noisy at night. Without checking on the computer,says no more room. But when I checked with another receptionist, he managed to transferred us to the higher floor. So you are not doing your work well, aren't you? 2. I asked for an iron. She asked me what is iron in a very rude way. And told me that my pronunciation was wrong,she repeated the "iron" word with her french pronunciation - I. RON. Well, I speak English, not French. you look more like a teacher ,don't you? 3. I was helping a friend of mine who is not really fluent in English to ask if he can store his luggages in the hotel before check in. says you can place it in the lobby and she is not resposible if it's stolen. Is this a proper way to talk to your guest? Then I asked what is the earliest check in time, she was very impatient and said : there is no earliest check in time! We only have one check in time! Where is your manners, lady? 4. Last but not least, she asked : "Why your friend is not approching me by himself? He doesn't know English?" In a very very disdain tone. Is this how parisian welcome their guests? I hope the management will look into this case, even if this is a budget hotel, I think the staff should still learn to respect the guests.

clean room & free wifi
the hotel room was very clean and quiet. so i could sleep well. the staff was kind even though there was a payment problem with agoda. she called agoda which is located in uk several times in order to solve the problem. it was so helpful. also, the location was good and free-wifi was great! but, breakfast was not so good and the shower in my room was too small.
