Overpriced and misleading”
We chose the hotel due to what we thought was it’s proximity to central attractions. Price was high, but availability was limited, so we went for it due to it’s “location”. After walking 350 meters with luggage in 95* heat, we were told our reservation was at the “other” location. Had to walk back 350 meters to another building in the opposite direction of where we wanted to be. It was pretty clean, but my goodness was it a “time capsule” from the 80’s. The AC was awesome, which was great, but the shower was tiny, room was old and further away than what everyone’s app shows, plus you don’t know about it until check in. It should be handled differently.

It was not at all clear on the booking that we would not actually be staying in the hotel but rather in an 'apartment' almost 500m away from the hotel. Added to this, in the evening the approach to the 'apartment' was very badly lit. Breakfast was available but we would have had to walk back to the hotel for this. Have stayed at many Ibis hotels before and this is the first I would not go back to.

Good location for visiting the city centre. Rooms are relatively large but amenities are basic. This hotel actually has 2 wings (abt 650m apart), so do make sure which wing you have booked. The older wing is where the reception n breakfast facilities are located, including free parking (limited lots in front of hotel).

Tutto ok, magari per i corridori che vengono apposta, si potrebbe pensare ad un check out ritardato di un'ora per permettere di fare una doccia. Grazie, sarebbe molto apprezzato dai corridori

Dependance isolata”
Avevo prenotato su Agoda una camera colazione compresa. Dopo il pagamento sono venuto a conoscenza che mi era stata prenotata una camera nella dependance distante 300metri dall'albergo e colazione esclusa. Camera e pulizia sono state buone, ma la location è completamente isolata e abbandonata senza neanche un macchina distributrice di bevande e nessun bar nelle vicinanze. Era comunque possibile fare la colazione presso la sede principale dell'hotel (sicuramente più confortevole) ma distante 300 metri. Giudizio negativo per AGODA più che per l'hotel.

Odore di urina nei corridoi della depandance ”
Secondo piano della depandance odore forte di urina nel corridoio con moquette. La stanza odorova di fogna dato probabilmente dal poco utilizzo del lavandino del cucinino chiuso a chiave collocato all’ingresso della stanza. Fatto presente disagio non è ovviamente cambiato nulla. Sconsiglio vivamente, meglio andare altrove!!!

Bij aankomst te woord gestaan door niet al te vriendelijke receptionist die verwees naar een dependance van het hotel, ongeveer 500 meter verderop. Parkeren kon in de parkeergarage tegen betaling. Zoeken naar de ingang. Niet duidelijk aangegeven. Geen enkele faciliteit buiten de kamers. Wel nette schone kamer met goede airconditioning! Voor het ontbijt moest je terug naar het Ibis.
