Our family, including three under 12 years stayed there for a night. Very good option and quite inexpensive actually. Fast food, e.g., KFC, Subway, was close by.

Not for family”

This accommodation is on the main Princess Highway, and easy to find. For a transit traveller, it may be suitable, but for a family holiday type, accommodation maybe not because of fewer facilities, but on the other hand, the price is very competitive.

Nice place”

It's no Hilton but it's very reasonable for all facilities. My pet peeve was other guests smoking outside their rooms and the smoke coming into mine from the bathroom window.

Excellent Everything”

large room, very clean, friendly staff, air con, very comfy bed

we got upgraded on arrival to a slightly larger room with sofa and a small dining table. room was very large, and well-lit with natural light. the bed was very comfortable for a great night's sleep. air-conditioning in the room was excellent; great to return to a chilled room after a day out in the hot gippsland summer sun. in general we enjoyed staying here more than the hotel we'd stayed in at the gold coast. cons: no swimming pool. that would make this place an unbeatable gem!

Clean , location , price

The hotel was in great location , very simple but very clean. Staff were attentative and flexible with any changes made. The hotel is located a short distance out of town , however close enough to walk. Hotel is very good price for money. The only thing to comment on was the need of a mirror in the main room.

Good value, excellent staff”

Was in a part of the hotel that was louder with a couple of families taking up a few rooms. Staff was accommodating and managed to get us to a quieter part of the hotel, despite full accommodation.

Good location - large rooms”

The price and location were good and rooms were large.

I liked this hotel because it was just out of town, so traffic noise was not a problem. It had recently been painted and was nice and clean. They also had a restaurant, so you could buy breakfast and dinner there if you wanted too.

Great Overnighter”

Good sized room, comfortable bed and great receptionist (Dawn French) who caused three tired travellers to smile and laugh.

Clean as a old hotel, paid what you get, good wifi

well 4 stars a hotel is not dated like this, but you know you paid what you get, and they are still clean enough to use, so paid what you get, and sleep a night or two, then you get out of Sale anyway, so don't ask for too much.

Enjoyable stay, pity about the departure”

Comfortable bed and pillows, pleasant location, well appointed room - including hooks on the bathroom doors - I can never understand why all places don't have these.

I enjoyed my stay but was disappointed with the abrupt change of breakfast time to end 9am instead of 9.30 as advised in guest folder in room; combined with a rigid check-out time of 10am, this prevented me from having a shower and meant packing was hasty and rushed. The bathroom mirror was poorly placed and could not be accessed by anyone under 6ft tall! Not sure if I would recommend this motel to others; it was adequate but not markedly better than most others in the same range
