Don't stay here if you don't have the private transportations. Too hard to find this hotel. Staff is not friendly and unprofessional. I told her book the taxi to airport for me at 5 am, but she seem forget it. Not recommend

Avoid Agoda. Avoid this hotel. ”
If you are arriving from a long-haul and just wish to have a peaceful night, AVOID this place. I used Agoda to book this hotel for my parents (elderly) who were arriving from a 14 hour trip. Upon presenting themselves at the hotel, they were told that the credit card used for the reservation had been declined (in despite of having a voucher/confirmation duly issued by Agoda). They then offered to pay it with a different card/cash and were told the hotel was fully booked. They messaged me and I contacted Agoda to point out that my account had been debited and that there was no reason for their reservation to be cancelled. They were eventually assigned a room, but this definitely not the kind of experience that two old people need after a long trip. Avoid this hotel and avoid Agoda.

The worst ever hotel I ever encountered”
The cunning receptionist told me upon my arrival that my booking failed and asked me to pay price of their normal price, or else i need to go away to other hotels at 10PM in suburban desolated northeastern part of Paris! I had to give in accepting the price at that late moment. Later the booking agent told me my reservation does count! Thoughout the whole week that I stayed in the hotel, receptionists were not friendly and helpful, even not polite! I never ever met such kinds of hotel before. Paris is a good place with immense culture heritage, however , receptionists in this hotel defamed the whole city and even France! BTW, the receptionists knew that i was a participant for COP21, a UN organized global conference and the hotel was indeed appointed as an offcial hotel for accomodating participants. This ibis sucks and some receptionists were terribly impoite and ignorant

Weird location, not near centre of Paris”
It took us a while to find the hotel! The staff was neutral and although the hotel is ok, I think there are way better options! Breakfast was boring and tasteless, the rooms are clean, but nothing fancy.

Ma réservation a été annulée par IBis ! Un scandale . Par ailleurs pour ma réservation précédente du 4 au 5 avril , ibis m’a refait payer la nuit alors qu’agora m’avait déjà fait payer la nuit par CB . De nouveau un scandale . Je ne prendrai jamais plus Agoda pour des réservations et je demande à être remboursé de mes 110€ prélevés Le 1er avril
