My stay in ibis world trade centre is excellent. Their staffs are very nice and approachable. They gave us tips on how to go to our wanted location easily. The room rooms space is kinda small for me but it still comfortable especially the bed. Bathrooms small. This hotel is really good because ibis world trade centre is just beside this hotel. This hotel is also near a metro station makes it easy for tourist and travellers to access the train.
Great Time at IBIS”
Thank you for a great time and a great welcome. It was very convenient to stop at your hotel as it was right next to the Dubai World Trade Center which hosted the Dubai Sports World event. The quality of the food is top-notch and the staff is very friendly. The two computers in the lobby were a great complement to the free Wi-Fi in the hotel which has proved useful on more than one occasion. Best regards and Ramadan Kareem.
The hotel is near to world trade center Metro Station (3-5 minutes walk).... there are restaurant near the area... the Hotel is very clean and has a good ambiance.. staff are very accommodating... staff reception are very nice... 2 Thumbs up for this hotel... highly recommended place to stay!
A good place to stay for Trade Center visitors ”
I will rate my stay at Ibis World Trade Center, PERFECT. Booked via Agoda, and my room was ready when I arrived. It's located very near, approx 3-4 min walk from Metro so an easy access to everywhere. A budget hotel, a clean one, I won't say it's a 2 star, better than that. Rooms were small, but clean. Service was good. And perfect for those who are visiting Trade Center for Exhibitions.
Ibis World Trade Centre Dubai”
I stayed the hotel for 6 nights the room was fine, a bit small, maybe fine for a single person but for couple with luggage the room definitly feels cramped. the hotel provides hair dryers and irons so no need to carry these with you. the phone calls from the hotel phone are expensive but you can buy a pre-paid Etisalat card from their outlet in World trade centre loody right next door and use the phone there to make calls at a much cheaper rate. the shower door leaks so you get a wet floor in the toilet after a shower, my friend who was also in the same hotel had the same problem so maybe it is a fault with all shower doors? but overall a nice, relatively cheap hotel for business or pleasure.
Good location but room is old”
Strategic location as it is beside World Trade Centre but room is old and has a musty smell. Showering unit is small and toilet has a smell. Perhaps time to give the whole hotel a new upgrade. On the good side, breakfast was good and customer service staff were attentive and was able to accede to my requests. Overall experience was good.
Good location, Ibis quality(good)”
close to Metro station-World trade centre station. clean and comfortable room. but small-size room, no internet for free besides lobby area, a bit high rate
Satisfied and happy with my choice”
This trip was my first to Dubai and so I was quite worried about what the hotel would be like. Turns out I made a good choice. The hotel is located less than a 5 minute stroll from the Dubai World Trade metro station. The hotel was clean and the bed was super comfortable! I was also surprised to learn that the hotel had free wifi which was fast. Having read reviews about hotels in Dubai, there were a lot of comments about free wifi being non existent or slow in Dubai hotels but this was not the case for this hotel. I didn't really have much interaction with staff, only during check in and check out but they were efficient and friendly on both occasions. Definitely keeping this hotel in mind when I am in Dubai again, next.
Value for money”
We went there for an overnight since we would like to take time to explore GITEX 2015. I just booked the hotel room noontime on the same day and I got the best price indeed! (noting that having an event such as GITEX will make a large no. of guest and the hotel do not take advantage of it.) Location wise it is just literally beside the halls which has connecting door. Receptionists are very courteous, attentive and kind enough to assist us in our inquiry regarding the parking. The hotel doesn't have any parking. As per the receptionist, parking on tenant parking just at the bact of Ibis is a first come first serve basis with 7 slots and will charge 10 dhs/hr and free parking (for GITEX) is about 500m away from the hotel (Across Novotel). The room is enough for a 2star hotel- very comfortable, clean and cozy. The only downside is, shampoo and shower bath is 2 in 1 and no toothbrush. Other than that, our short stay is well woth it.
Good business hotel”
Located at the World Trade Centre, the Ibis is well suited for those who are attending exhibitions. The rooms are basic and functional, clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bars are adequate for travelers needs.
It got me long because of many Ibis hotels in dubai and two beside each other in World Trade Center. and how the hotel is new nice and good staff with good breakfast buffet. the room is small but its so comforting more especially the bed and the bathroom so clean. the only problem may you'll face is there is no parking. there is paid one for 50 AED but there is free parking about 10 minutes walking form the hotel.
Terrible Service - 'budget hotel' is not an excuse”
My partner and I booked this Ibis hotel because it was reasonably priced and we had stayed in the Ibis Al Barsha on a previous visit to Dubai, and we were pleased with our stay there. The Ibis World Trade Centre was a very different experience though. There was a big conference on in the conference centre next door to the hotel on the day we checked-in. The traffic getting to the hotel was extremely busy, but we found the hotel no problem, and stopped the car outside the front door of the lobby so that I could pop in and find out where to park the car. While I was waiting to speak to someone at the lobby check-in desk, my partner waited in the car with the engine running, but was continually hassled by a man (who was supposedly managing the traffic outside the front of the hotel) telling him he could not stop here. When my partner explained that I had just popped in to find out where to park, the man continued to repeat that we could not stop there, and insisted he move the car. This would be fine, except that it was a one-way road, with no where to pull over and stop, and the road led away from the hotel into an area we were not familar with, and which was rammed with traffic. Meanwhile, I was told at the lobby desk that the car parking was back out the front of the hotel (the lobby entrance is at the back) and located across a busy main road. When I asked the man on the desk to give some more directions, he just said 'drive round the front, its across the road, you will see it', which I did not find helpful. So I ran back outside to tell my partner (who was still being hassled by the traffic man). We agreed it would be better to take our luggage out of the car just now, rather than attempt to lug it from the car park, which sounded quite far away. I was struggling to lift the suitcase out of the boot of the car, but no one offered to assist me, as there appeared to be no hotel staff outside. I then ran in with our luggage to leave it with a member of h
Perfect location with suitable amenities.”
This is the third time I have stayed at the Ibis and once again I was suitably impressed. I was attending a performance at the WTC venue and the hotel was a very short walk, making it very easy to arrive on time without the hassle of catching a taxi before and after the show. The rooms are not large but suitable for a weekend where you simply need a clean room and easy access to the city. I had a snack at the bar and the food was plentiful and of a very good standard. I also had a massage/reflexology session at the salon located in the foyer which also was of a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again at the Ibis.

Great value for money we all know what ibis standards are which is great for what you pay though this hotel specifically had an issue with parking , we had no problem that they did not have a valet service but not having a parking area was a night mare for this time of the year when it's 40+ c outside and having to park your car at the other ibis and walk back to this hotel . For this reason I wouldn't stay here again unless it's winter time and out of options.
Good location at good price”
A good place to stay to get onto the Metro and be able to explore Dubai. Also a good place if you are seeing exhibitions at the World Trade Centre.
This hotel is located half way between the new and the old Dubai. Just 2 minutes walk to Metro station. Next to Dubai Trade Centre. Close to supermarket and restaurants.
quiet, moden & friendly hotel in Dubai”
So impressed with such up-to-date Ibis Hotel, the room space is much bigger than the other Ibis Hotel I had ever been. Modern and quiet lobby area is suitable to business meeting with customers. Hotel provide free shuttle buses to Airport and some shopping malls in Dubai. One disadvantage for this hotel, the Wireless Internet connecting only available around the lobby area is not so convenience !!!
the location of hotel is central of Dubai trade.
