Location is behind kenting main street and is just a few minutes walk away. It is distanced away from the noise from the main street. I booked the room with the seaview. It was fabulous. Room is clean and big. The guy at the reception is friendly and assists with booking of day tour.

Very basic hotel room”
Hotel very close to the beach. But be warned, if there is a typhoon coming, even maybe, though it's still calm and blue skies, they often close the beach! Room had balcony, but not necessarily facing the ocean. My air con seemed to pump through cigarette smoke odor, as I woke up to the smell of horrible cigarette smoke. Room itself was clean and shower was nice. TV has lots of channels. Staff were friendly and can speak English. Hotel very close to main Kenting road, with lots of restaurants, 7s etc. and night market.

Expensive but you pay for the amazing view of the beach. I’m not picky all I want is a soft bed and hot water shower, but I was pretty disappointed at the lack cleanliness and upkeep. Place just seemed old and not well taken care of, just expected more for the price. But the view was awesome.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Kenting and Ibiza Hotel. Lots to see and the hotel is near to the night market and bus stops for easy access to the attractions. The staff were efficient, greeted us by name when we arrived at the hotel before we even identify ourselves. Checking in and out was really fast and easy. I like their fast internet best. Everything was perfect at this hotel. The manager knows all his guests and security was good. I'll definite come back to Ibiza should I visit Kenting again. They do not serve food and beverage in this hotel. So there is no feed back required on this respect.

Lovely hotel in perfect location in Kenting”
This is a lovely little hotel right on the beach in Kenting. Be sure to bring the address with you because the name on the front of the hotel is only in Chinese. The room is small but more than adequate with a soft bed and a beautiful view from the balcony. There is a hot/cold water dispenser in the hall on each floor so water is available for tea or coffee in the morning. Only very small cups were provided however, and only tea bags not coffee so if you want those, bring it with you. It is only a short walk to Kenting's main street with the shops and night market every evening. The owner was very friendly and spoke excellent English. There is sufficient parking on the street. Of all the hotels in Kenting town, this one and the ones on this street had the best location of all!

Wonderful hotel in a great location”
We stayed here for the second of two nights in Kenting. We didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff after checking in. The hotel itself was really nice, clean and new (or well-maintained, at least). When we drew open the curtains we had a laugh because the balcony faces the wall of the building next to it, which is about 1.5 meters away. However, if you look to the left you can get a nice glimpse of the ocean. There is a beautiful view to the sea from the front entrance of the hotel. We loved this place and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Clean and great location”
The hotel is located very near to the beach. In the heart of Kenting but away from the busy noise. Great view from the room....sea view. They provide pickup from train and speed train stations with very reasonable price. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Great Location, Simple Hotel”
Stayed in this hotel twice and chose it as it was very near to Kenting Main Street (aka Kenting Night Market). Room prices are reasonable and the room conditions are 7.5/10. Not suitable for those with large luggage though as there's no lift.

Excellent view”
Pictures of the sea view for sea view rooms are not a lie, it is actually that spectacular. Room was comfortable and nicely designed (interesting wallpaper), staff pleasant (but not the super friendly type if that's what you want). Located between Kenting Main Street and a beach (~3min walk to both), but that beach isn't for swimming. Fantastic photos to be taken there though. Pretty nice

the bed is comfortable and the room is clean. main feature of the hotel is its proximity to the beach and also the night market on the main kenting road which is a short 3 min walk. staying along the main kenting road should be noisy, but this hotel is nestled behind the main road and faces the beautiful sea. highly recommended to all who wants a serene stay with the convenience of shopping in a short walk.

Weekend Getaway to Kenting Beach”
Very comfortable bed, excellent shower. Lovely balcony to sit and listen to the ocean. Staff very helpful, spoke English and helped arrange our transportation out of Kenting. Dawan Road is a good place to stay, a lane on the side of the hotel leads to the busy Kenting Road.

It's one of the value for money room with sea view that I could find along kenting old street. Great sea view with balcony. Room is modern, neat and clean. Near to the night market too. Only con is no lift in the building so have to take the stairs.

Positive experience, great location in Kenting. At the heart of Kenting, also close to the beach so you can see the ocean on the grass. Close to the main street so you can buy food easily even at mid-night. Near to the hotel is a car rental shop, so no need to worry traffic or transportation problem.

Very conveniently located hotel right near Kenting Main Street. Beach access right across the street. Full or partial sea views depending on your room. Full sea views at room N01/02. Room is very tastefully decorated and clean.Great value for money. Fast Wifi. Highly recommended.
