Room 24-02, Icon 56 - Awful Services and Terrible Host (House Owner)”
Don't Waste Your Money! The house owner is very inappropriate and swearing. You should not rent or work with the owner of this apartment to avoid the worst things I've experienced. (Các bạn host Việt Nam không nên hợp tác với Chủ nhà này vì họ quá bất lịch sự và vô học) I contacted Ichiban after completed the booking on Agoda for a 2-bedroom apartment in The Tresor Building (next to Icon 56) for 1.2 million VND. However, the room had an odor problem. I was transferred to the next building and in the apartment 24-02, Icon 56 Apartment. - Before 12pm on check-out time, I was ringed 2 times by the owner and said with impolite attitude "Check out" "Get out" - I was kicked out of the room by rude words and swearing. - The pick-up service was terrible. They didn't have any welcome sentences. They also didn't instruct to use the facilities in the room. - Items such as towels, toothbrushes, .. are also not equipped.

Great apartment for a short stay in Ho Chi Minh.! Really great little apartment with great space for cooking if needed. AC was amazing and kept me cool when the weather was so warm. Bike taxis into town were unbelievably cheap and so we spent the weekend using these as it was quicker to get about then in a car. Check in was super easy and the hosts were so helpful at organizing airport transfers and answering any questions we had promptly. We would absolutely stay here again.

If you looking for a stylish place with beautiful view and close to tons of shops, restaurants, and sight seeing I highly recommend staying here. The room was sparkling clean and had kitchenware for you to use which comes in handy as ground floor is a 7-11 where you can purchase water and something quick to eat. Also a good thing to know wherever you get a taxi they know exactly where this place is located so that makes venturing out easier

My bf and I stayed here for 1 nights on our anniversary trip and it was the best accommodation out of the entire trip. Clean and attentive hosts it was beyond what we hoped for as we have never stayed at a apartment before. Will definitely book again when we return next year. Great job guys!

From the moment we arrived we were looked after by the staff and his team at the property. A huge block of apartments situated a 10-15 minute walk (or short Grab/Uber) from the city centre. Great views and facilities, especially from the rooftop garden on the 34th floor! Managed to cover several trips and visits whilst we were there, all organised by the host and really good value.

They upgraded us to a bigger apartment which was superb. Very clean lovely comfortable beds. Nice view and washing machine facilities in the flat. I had left my iPad behind in a previous location and they were able to liaise with staff at this location. They were so helpful. Good location just across the river from the bustling district one a quick walk to see that. Lovely rooftop garden with a great view. Would highly recommend

房主很好，我们飞机晚点到凌晨才到，语言不通的情况下极其耐心的回答了超级多问题，还帮我们换了越南盾，住宿很舒适，地理位置也很便捷，楼下就有便利店和吃饭的地方，打车到中央邮局也就十分钟左右，折合人民币大概十几元吧！

아파트 독채로 편안안 호치민 생활”
가격이 너무 싸서 처음에는 의심했지만 체크인후 들어와서 보니 너무 좋았습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 3명이서 머물기에 크기도 너무 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 방에 세탁기와 세제, 건조대가 있어 나갔다 들어온후 빨래도 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 또한 일반적인 호텔과 다르게 냉장고가 일반 가정에서 사용하는 냉장고이다보니 굉장히 크고 먹을거 같은것도 많이 넣었습니다. 1층에는 편의점이 있어 이용하는데도 좋았습니다.(24시간은 아닌거 같았습니다.) 직원분들도 너무 친절했습니다. 방을 안내해준 직원이 자신의 카톡 아이디를 알려주면서 불편한점이 있으면 연락하라고 했는데 체크아웃을 조금 늦게 하고 싶어서 문의를 했는데 바로 바로 답장도 왔습니다. 무엇보다 주변이 조용하다 보니 편안히 지냈습니다.
