Ichie is a accommodation and cafe that was renovated from a 70-year old traditional Japanese home. The property is a 5-minute walk from Tanabeogigahama Beach Resort. Free WiFi is provided throughout this non-smoking property and free on-site private parking is available. Luggage storage is available for guests at Ichie. A nice and unique experience”
It's definitely a nice and unique experience to stay here with hospitality from the hostess (the lovely cafe's owner 😀 ❤ ) I got lost on the way driving here late and the hostess was really friendly to wait outside and guide me to the parking spaces! The traditional Japanese room was cozy, clean and convenient, I did sleep well.

Nice memories of stay in Ichie and the delicious courtesy of the owner accompanied us through Kumano Kodo together with her memorable chiffon cake. Don’t miss this place!

Stay at Ichie”
We stayed for two nights at Ichie. Everything was perfect and Mayumi made sure that we felt welcomed inside her home. She even provides breakfast which include her homemade chiffon cakes. It is an easy walk from Tanabe Train Station and it is also really close to the beach. One of our favourite places during our trip to Japan.

Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und in die Räumlichkeiten eingewiesen. :) Sie hatte zudem super viel Wissen über die Umgebung und den Kumano Kodo Hike :) Die Unterbringung ist traditionell Japanisch und super gemütlich. Ich würde hier immer wieder unterkommen. Zur Bahn, dem Bus oder dem Strand sind es nur ein paar Min. Vielen vielen Dank :)

シフォンケーキがフワフワでとても美味しかったです。コンビニは近くにあるし、お風呂屋さんも車で10～１５分ぐらいの所にあり便利でした。一会さん大変お世話になりました。

店长很细心的介绍屋内设施，可以用英语交流，第一次住和室，房间外面是走廊，走廊外面有一个很美的日式庭院，公共的卫生间浴室洗手台，非常干净。早餐是店家自制的戚风蛋糕，有原味的巧克力味的和香蕉味的，十分美味。

非常古老的日式房子，空間算大、老闆娘人非常好。其他的簡單評語是：洗澡很像在多啦A夢卡通裡面靜香的浴室洗澡…. 只能說，喜歡傳統日式建築的朋友，可以體驗。
