Let's start with the management; they are rude, incompetent, and dismissive. I have stayed at Icon several times through SS Vacation Rentals, and to my disbelief, each time it is worse than the last. During each of my stays, the units were filthy, with hair everywhere (on table, floors, bathtub, couch), I felt quite dirty staying there. Also, there is always something broken. During one stay, it was the washer, another it was the heating, once it was the TV's, or the WIFI kept going out, during all stays....there are always serious elevator issues. Also, they only give you one key fob PER room to access the elevator, so you have to ask someone at the front desk to let you on the elevator. It is rare to actually find someone at the front desk, it's a logistcal nightmare to deal with. Overall, very poor management of issues, and communication. I would never book a room through any site that uses the SS Vacation Rental company again.
