Great Location and Cleanliness, but Restaurant Staff Needs Improvement”
The room service was great and they made sure the room was well cleaned each day. We stayed for 8 days and 7 nights, and why? Because the location is a prime one where it is easy to access all the touristic locations. If you are vegetarian or only eat checked [sic], your buffet option is scoped out. The front staff/reception staff are so kind and welcoming; however, the girls/barista who are in the restaurant/buffet are so mean. The barista was so moody, and we stopped drinking coffee there as we didn’t know how she would react—very rude and so disappointing. The restaurant staff often gossip and pass abusive comments in their language, which makes you very uncomfortable. I would suggest if the girls learn some manners to treat guests, it will be more value-adding to this beautiful hotel. Best: Reception staff, cleanliness of the rooms, location. Worst: The restaurant girls’ staff and barista’s attitude and professionalism.
