Hotel yang bagus dengan kamar luas, makanan juga enak. Karena tengah kota dekat kemana2 apalagi sebelah dengan stasiun kereta api Bandung, tidak kawatir lagi macet. Yang paling utama harga yang murah dapat nya lebih.

Kelebihannya Lokasi strategis di pusat kota. Sedangkan kekurangannya kamar "family room" tercium asap rokok padahal order no smoking, cleaning service membuang sabun cuci perabotan tamu tidak menanyakan lagi ke tamu, main asal buang, kamar agak gelap karena ada lampu yg mati, tidak ada koordinasi yg baik antara receiptionist dgn pihak restaurant sehingga sempat ada perdebatan ketika breakfast hanya utk 2 tamu padahal 1 kamar 4 tamu

Meski hotel sudah tergolong lama, tapi fasilitas tetap okee. Kamar bersih and nyaman. Hanya kadang terdengar suara terompet dari kereta api di stasiun sebelah. Namun tidak terlalu mengganggu saya. Breakfast ckup enaak. Namun makanan yg digoreng2 nya sebaiknya ditiriskan agak lama agar minyak goreng nya kering dulu.

we choose familly suite, nice mezannine room for 4 persons. the room is big enough for us, there is sofa and chair to watching tv. but the stairs is bott kamar family suitenya besar, konsep mezannine, bagus. bisa 4 org (atau 5 dgn anak kcl) ruangan luas ada sofa utk menonton dan meja kursi kerja, hanya saja step tangga terlalu kecil, kurang lebar utk tapak kaki hingga hrs hati2, dan tangga telalu curam juga kayu tangga agak berisik. hotelnya sdh berprotokol covid, kapasitas 50% dan makanan prasmanan direstaurant diambilkan oleh staff (sesuai pilihan kt juga) jd lebih bersih dan aman

Sangat strategis hanya berjalankaki 5mnit dari stasiun sampai ke hotel...cuman agak sdikit mngecewakan saya pesan kamar utk 4 dewasa dgn bfast..kami 3 dewasa dan 2 anak .. dicharge lagi sdh dijelaskan anak 2 saya makan hanya sdikitt tp tetap saja dicharge..tdk sprti waktu kami mnginap di hotel2 lain yg membolehkan hal trsbut.

Liburan dadakan di saat pandemic, nekat tapi tetap mematuhi prokes. cuma kemarin agak kaget karena jam 6 hampir byk jalan2 ditutup. Shg ribet saat mau Cari makan di malam Hari. Saat check in agak sedikit kecewa dgn front office yg kurang ramah. Malah security nya jauh lbh ramah. Tapi overall msh bagus lah hotel nya.

Pada saat baru datang kunci tidak bisa di gunakan. Sampai di reset 2 kali baru bisa. Padahal saya datang hampir jam 3. Sarapan pertama nasi gorengnya agak basi. Hari kedua setelah dibersihkan kunci kereset lagi. Huah ribet bangetlah pokoknya mana bawa bayi.

WC bau pete, sampai panggil room service tapi hanya bisa disemprot pewangi dan Anti Bakteri. Untuk Kolam renang malam hari tidak ada penerangan sama sekali sehingga benar2 gelap gulita. Performance Hotel mulai menurun dari Terakhir saya kesini 1 tahun lalu.
