Amaze dengan tampilan kolam renang nya”
Pertama sampai disana bener2 dibuat amazes dengan tampilan kolamnya yang asli keren seperti difoto, lingkungan hotel yang hijau dengan banyak pohon2 menbah fresh suasana sekitar. Staff resepsionis juga sangat ramah dan lengkap memberikan kami informasi mengenai term n conditions di hotel. Ukuran kamar lumayan luas, ada tv dengan channel local, ketel air panas, sesikt negative tentang lantai nya agak sedikit lengket dan berminyak sehingga kurang nyaman jika bertelanjang kaki ketika berjalan dilantai kamar atau di teras, pembuangan air bathroom dikamar 110 melewati lantai washtub sehingga membuat lantai selalu basah. Breakfast simply good, dan proses check out juga mudah

Hotel ini harus segera berbenah. Tidak ada airpanas untuk mandi, AC kamar tidak dingin, Handuk mandi kotor sekali, tidak ada telepon atau bel dari kamar untuk memgubungi front desk. Ditelp pakai hp pun gak diangkat. Ada TV tapi tidak ada siaran. remote tv tidak ada baterai.

Hotel yang nyaman dan bersih. Lokasi berada di tengah-tengah jika mau ke terminal/pelabuhan, dan pantai. Sehingga tidak terlalu bising ketika malam hari.

Conveniently located in padang bai to take the speed boat to Gili in the morning. Place was ok for a single night

The pool is not working at all. The shower smells and is very moldy . No hot water in the shower. I took my shower with my flipflops

Extremely run down with issues at almost all levels. Staff were very pleasant though. ”
When we arrived we found out that they were unable to process our payment via Credit Card as their system wasn’t working. Then found out the room type we booked had been given to someone else. Once we checked into another room, we found the sewage smell in the washroom was so extreme that we couldn’t use the washroom and had to be moved. The room we were moved into had no functioning air conditioner. Then we found out the triple room for our 3 kids also had no functioning air conditioner. The rooms were so extremely hot that we all soaked the sheets with sweat. We decided to cut our stay there short and checked out early. I work at senior levels in the Accommodation Industry and have rarely seen such disregard for maintenance and upkeep. There was black mould on the walls, a rotted out roof with black mould, windows that wouldn’t close allowing mosquitoes in, no door trim allowing insects to come in between the double doors etc. All in all, a very unpleasant experience.

They first said the hotel was full when it wasn’t, the beds didn’t have sheets , the fan didn’t work, many mosquitoes

3 stars , but not really..”
We saw that this hotel had 3 stars, so we blindly booked two rooms. Boy did we regret that decision, it's a dump. The pool edges are very green and dirty, a super small fan on the top of the ceiling is the only cooling you are gonna get. We couldn't believe that this was a 3 stars hotel. We do not recommend this hotel, and we recommend not staying in Padangbai at all because of the aggressive sellers.

Quality doesnt meet the price”
Wouldnt pay that price for that quality of room. We decided to stay elsewhere, even we had to pay again And lose here paid money! Smell in the room of mold, the shower was really bad looking.

This is a place from your nightmares.... Filthy room, mouldy bathroom, no toilet paper, no working tv... Breakfast was barely edible. Although we only paid 13€ it was not worth it. Please stay somewhere else!

Quiet and central resort with a very nice garden. ”
The place is very quiet with a fantastic garden and pool. Spotless and every day the room is cleaned. I liked very much to have the heater on the room for having tea or coffee. The staff is very gentle. The location is very good. Near by the promenade along the beach and just 5 minutes to blue lagoon walking. Great place, I hardly recommend it

Comfortable room & decent breakfast. Hotel is a little old but nice location 10 min walk from blue lagoon beach. Rooms on the 2nd floor catch a nice sea breeze. Only serious complaint was the a/c was underpowered for the room. But it only mattered in the hottest part of the day because of the breeze.
