AC is not cool enough, and room is still dirty at some place. There is not much variation of food at breakfast, but the staff is really helpfull 👍

Dusty old hotel”

Noisy rooms from other guests yelling and making a lot of noise while leaving thier room door open. Room very dusty, towels gone grey and frayed, one even had a big hole in it NO FRIDGE IN ROOM. WHAAAAAT??? This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel!!! Room safe not bolted down, just sitting on the shelf plus, on 2nd day it locked to default number not what we had been entering. Lucky I guessed the default number. Bathroom stinks of sewer smell when exhaust fan is on. TV signal all channels poor reception. Pro's -All staff extremely attentive exept in breakfast. Breakfast is excellent selection and tasty.

The Staff could not find our credit card slip for deposit”

I have my cousin's weeding in there, so I decided to sleep in this hotel. everyhting was in standard quality. The location was in the middle of city But, problem comes when we do check out. When we checked in, we must put deposit for 1,1 miliion rupiahs. We used credit card for this When we checked out, we have bill that we mus pay at 1 million rupiahs So, they must do cancellation for the deposit, and then we will pay the bill But the staff could not find the credit card slip that I've signed for deposit. They're keep searching for almost 30min, still not found it they insist us to wait or to pay the bill first. But we do not want to pay the bill. We afraid if we pay the bill and we leave, they do not do the cancellation for the deposit. Since the deposit is 1,1 million and the bill is 1 million, I decided to asked the staff to bring back 100 thousand rupiahs to us, to make it even. Then They agreed to do it. It's a pity this problem make us fell unhappy staying in this hotel

Kamar cukup luas, sarapan lumayan enak cuma menu terbatas , kolam renang view jembatan , dekat ke daerah chiampelas walk tinggal jalan kaki

Issues with staff and wifi”

The staff as a whole were not professional, possibly due to lack of training. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Internet cuts out and does not work till you call reception for them to refresh their system.

The room was smelly and not clean properly. The front desk do not understand simple english and there was a communication barrier when asking for simple stuff like nearest money changer etc.. And the walkway area for my level was very noise even at night.
